Much potent then most of the brands I have tried. Only negative was that the capsule said 1250mg but after weighing several tablets they all were around 1050 mg – 1000 mg. On my third bottle and will continue using it if price doesn’t increase.

I have Raynaud’s, a syndrome where your extremities lose blood flow. I have noticed a reduction in episodes and when I do get one it is less severe and does not last as long. This is the only product that has given me any relief.

I’ve been buying GPLC for a number of years to help with the intermittent claudication (only being able to walk a short distance without having to stop due to pain from lack of circulation) caused by PAD (peripheral artery disease). Recently Amazon sent out a warning that they were dropping Vitamonk GPLC (the brand that I was using at the time) due to manufacturing compliance issues, so I decided to try Carlyle, and am really glad that I did, as it has increased my treadmill endurance considerably. I need to thank Amazon for that message they sent, as this is something that impacts my health. I’m buying Carlyle from now on and have added it to my “subscribe and save” items.

The CoQ10 makes this one look yellow in the capsule, only problem is that the bottle was crushed in shipping, and it is one sturdy hard plastic bottle so it must have been attacked by a gorilla to pull that off…
… anyway, otherwise it is ok.

The product arrived on time but upon opening the bottle I noticed that the capsules were all covered in the yellow powder that was supposed to be inside. I found one capsule that had busted and the powder had emptied out onto the rest of the pills. There was no moisture absorption inside the bottle so the humidity built and caused the powder to stick to all the other pills. Now every time I take one of them I get to taste and feel the somewhat acidic powder in my tongue before I can manage to get it down. With some packing modifications at the bottling level, I would absolutely buy these again. Until that is addressed I may have to try to find a local vendor that carries GPLC.

These capsules dissolved and got gummy and some of them were split apart. They were always stored indoors , But they look like they melted.

I don’t know about athletic performance as it’s a bit pricey for a standalone supplement for me personally, but I absolutely love it for increased circulation when “desired”! Great for the girth, if you know what I mean fellas, so I also keep some around for special occasions. Makes you wonder if it’s just the improved circulation or some positive effect on testosterone as well.
