Well. The jar is only about 3/4 full. Maybe less. And yes, it’s a standard 4oz jar. This is a picture before using any.
Also, the product is some unnatural green color, like kid’s play-slime. There’s no green dye listed on the ingredients, and I have a hard time believing any of the stated ingredients could create this color.
Anyway. Minus those issues, this seems to work. It smells like Bengay. It feels like Bengay. It works about as well as Bengay. I have several hemp/menthol creams for pain. This one seems more typical menthol.
The consistency is a light lotion. It spreads easily and absorbs pretty well without feeling greasy. There’s a delay of several seconds before the cooling effect sets in. It does seem to penetrate, although it’s definitely not as strong or long lasting as other products I’ve used. If you’re sensitive to really strong icy-burn products, this one seems plenty mild.
It works. I used it on my shoulders and clavicles for chronic pain from a combination of cervical cord compression/herniation, arthritis, and spasticity from a neurodegenerative disease, and it helped quite a bit. It didn’t last as long as I’d like, maybe an hour. But still helpful.

I was very curious about this product as I have heard good things about the anti-inflammatory and pain reducing effects from using hemp. I had hoped that there would have been a label on the product page but no such luck. I included two pictures for others interested in your product but concerned about possible sensitivity to unknown ingredients. This item came in a sealed cosmetic box with an additional seal under the lid. Unfortunately due to heat and travel time some of the cream”meleted” through the seal. This has no reflextion on the product for me as I beleive it was due to shipping conditions. Looks like a good product and I am excited to see how well it works.
UPDATE: My husband has been using this cream on and off for hip and joint pain. HE SWEARS BY THIS CREAM! He has been experiencing debilitating and unknown hip pain for some time. He has tried natural healing methods as well as over the counter meds. He has found this cream to be the most natural and effective pain releaving product he has tried! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I have chronic pain from a back injury and have tried all kinds of creams for it and this is one of the better ones that I’ve come across. I have been using it daily on my back and my knee and it helps get a little relief and distracts from the pain. One thing I really like about it is how quickly it absorbs in and doesn’t leave me feeling greasy. It also doesn’t burn too much like some can and I like that the scent isn’t too strong.
When I first got it some had leaked through the inner seal and it said not to use it if the seal was broken but I took a chance anyway because the outside box had a seal on it too.
