I don’t use insulin, but I do need to carry an epipen everywhere I go. This is a great way of keeping it within an acceptable temperature range. The insulated interior and ice packs are able to keep the contents cool for hours, so I can rest assured that my expensive life saving medications won’t be ruined by a few minutes in a hot car.

This item is a medication travel case cooler. It’s marketed to those with diabetes that require insulin which needs to remain cool. I am using it for semaglutide, which is also injectable medication that needs to be kept cool when I am traveling. This portable and waterproof case provides a long cooling effect, ensuring my medication stays safe and effective during travel stints. One of the key features of this cooler case is its ability to maintain a consistent temperature, thanks to the included two ice packs. The case is also well-organized, with compartments that securely hold my medical supplies, preventing any movement or damage. This cooler seems to be durable, easy to carry and fits comfortably in my backpack. The compact size and lightweight design make it convenient for travel, while the sturdy construction should ensure I enjoy long-lasting use. The price point seems reasonable. Overall, I feel this case is a reliable and effective solution for anyone needing to safely transport their medication needing refrigeration.

The Bucher&Rossini brand’s “Insulin Cooler Travel Case” is a case designed to keep insulin cool while traveling.
It is well made; durable, and has a strong zipper closer with a handle attached.
Pros:
Compact size: The case is small and lightweight, making it easy to carry.
Waterproof: The case is made of waterproof material, so you don’t have to worry about rain or spills.
Ice packs included: The case comes with two ice packs that can keep insulin cool for up to 8 hours.
A reasonable value.
Cons:
Ice pack longevity: The 8 hour cooling claim is only mentioned in the product description, not verified by a third party.
Not clear if the cse is TSA approved.
General:
Talk to your doctor: Let them know you are considering a travel case for insulin, especially if you have any health conditions.
Check the dimensions: Make sure the case is big enough to hold all of your insulin and other supplies.
Consider how long you’ll be traveling: If you’ll be traveling for longer than 8 hours, you may need to bring or purchase additional ice packs.

It was perfect sized and shaped for everything and it lasted a long time while I was traveling cross-country so I’m happy with it.

This is an excellent carrying case for insulin and supplies, or any other medication that needs to be kept cold when traveling or camping. It has a nice hard exterior to protect the contents with a stylish fabric covering
I love how roomy it is. There is plenty of room for my insulin and supplies with two divided sections including several elastic straps and pockets to keep everything separated and organized. The inside is lined with aluminum foil to help maintain the temperature. It comes with two thin ice packs that fit nicely without taking up a lot of space. They don’t stay cold as long as some of the bigger packs, but they hold their temperature long enough to get through the day
I take a lot of overnight camping trips, so this is a great way to keep my medications cold without having to use a big cooler or ice. This would also work great for long road trips or long plane rides

I like that the insulin cooler travel case by Bucher & Rosini has a high quality zipper, carry strap, is insulated, and has a hard top and bottom. The case comes with 2 gel packs that are made of a high quality smooth material that lay flat in the freezer and are designed to easily fit in the travel case. The product is made extremely well and feels durable. I like that the cooler has a hard label affixed on the front that has a medication, snowflake, and first aid symbols so that one can tell this contains medicine that needs to be kept cold. I also like that the company has instructions on the gel packs for insulin storage. Overall, I highly recommend this insulin storage travel cooler due to the quality of all of the materials and instructions provided on the gel packs.

Impressed with the quality of this insulin travel case. It’s very roomy and I love that it comes with its own ice packs, which seem to have a thick casing that hopefully won’t leak. The case itself is rigid and feels durable; materials feel nice and zipper operate smoothly. The case is fully lined with insulation and has various compartments for storage as others have described. There might be cheaper cases out there but I think the cost is fair for what you’re getting in this one.
