They have great ingredients and have been helpful to my hair. I see a difference with these and and some amino acid supplements. I could only take 1 and not the full dose because of the high level of biotin. Its great that they have omega 3 included in them too.

I purchased this product with scepticism. I have tried a lot of products and they did not give the results that this did. I have always had thick, long hair until I went through menopause. I took the previous version of these pills and liked them a lot, but this new formula reeks of fish and tastes really disgusting. There’s an aftertaste that lingers as well. I literally can’t stomach taking them and they cost too much to throw away. Also note that you can’t return this item if you buy through Amazon unless it arrives damaged so you’re better offer buying through the brand website itself.
