Someone has a great sense of design. This little cooling case has a gorgeous floral design, a science fiction tin foil interior, and adorable snowflakes on the cold packs. The case has a hard waterproof shell and it’s insulated to keep things cold inside.
The case has mesh pockets and an elastic band for storing supplies and could double as an electronics case if you took the cold packs out. The inner case comes out and has pockets for ice packs (included) and pockets and bands for storing small vials and pens. The ice packs stay cold for at least 4 hours. The case is about nine inches by four inches by three inches.
The zippers work well and slide easily. The case was stitched well, with no loose threads or missed stitches.
I like this case and recommend it.

Exactly what I needed to store and carry my medical supplies needed. Works great. Quality appears to be good which is a plus. Doesn’t seem cheap.

Got this through the Vine. Super nice and durable insulin cooler case. Very well made and sturdy. The cooling feature is very good and keeps your insulin at a proper temp all the time. The case looks good as well.

I ordered this BOMKEE Insulin Cooler Travel Case, Insulated Pouch for Insulin Refrigerated Medicine Organizer Bag for use this summer as we travel back and footpath between our NYC home and summer country place.
I’m a type 1 diabetic, I use insulin in a pump, and I have other refrigerated medications. This case makes transport easy without worrying about leaving them in a hot car while we stop for gas or snacks while on the road.
The case measures approximately 8” x 3 1/2” – 1 1/2”. It is a dark grey with a floral pattern in white, pink, blue, and green.
Inside the zippered case are two compartments, one for meds and one for ice packs. I like that the cold packs go in their own small case, that keeps them from touching and possibly over cooling insulin and other meds.
The case comes with two blue gel packs that can be frozen and then inserted in the case to cool. They have a small wallet that holds them, which slips behind a wide elastic band that holds the entire wallet in place.
The zipper in the case is quite sturdy, the entire case is strong and built to last.
The other side of the case is meant to hold insulin. It has two mesh pockets to hold meds and supplies. There is enough room for insulin vials, insulin pens, alcohol wipes, and even a few syringes.
I’m able to get one change of my pump supplies in the case, I wish it were just a touch larger so I could carry a second set as a back up. When we go away for summer weekends, I like having two changes of pump supplies, in high summer, I occasionally have to replace supplies for my pump and CGM more frequently because of perspiring more.
The only thing I didn’t love about this was the brand name on the front. I’m not a big name and logo person, and I don’t know that the name Leng Ke adds a lot to the design. However, I guess you could say the makers stand behind the product enough to put their brand in it.
The floral design is a nice change from my many other diabetes supply kits that are plain black nylon. This also does come in plain black and other patterns.

Review for: BOMKEE Insulin Cooler Travel Case, Insulated Pouch for Insulin Refrigerated Medicine Organizer Bag Carrying Case Storage Bag with 2 Ice Pack
I really like this cooler travel case. The freezer bags slip into their own separate little wallet pouch so they will not directly touch anything in the case. They are a great size & do not take up much room in the case or in the freezer. The case itself is sturdy and gorgeous (I have the hydrangea design). There is plenty of room in the case. I actually intend to use it as a cable organizing case so I don’t need it as a cooler – I will definitely use it for cooling if I end up needing something even for stuff like chapstik or other things that will melt in the heat.

This is an excellent little cooler case for transporting insulin or other medicines that need to be kept cold for several hours. It’s perfect for plane rides and road trips. The case is solid with a hard waterproof shell to protect the contents, and it is insulated with cotton and aluminum to keep things cold inside
It comes with an outer case with a couple mesh pockets and an elastic band for storing supplies. The separate inner case has pockets for the included ice packs and pockets and bands for storing small vials and pens. It isn’t real big, but will hold enough to get through a few days
The ice packs stay cold for several hours. I froze them overnight and 12 hours after inserting in the case they were still pretty cold. As someone that travels a lot and likes the occasional camping excursion this is an excellent solution for keeping meds cold when away from a cooler
