This is a great quality cooler travel case. The fabric feels like a heavy duty canvas and the zipper slides open and closed pretty easily. The inside of the case is lined in padded material and has two pockets for the gel freezer packs (which are also included). There are elastic straps to keep the insulin supplies in place and prevent them from shifting too much during travel, even if you’re tossing them from bag to bag. I like that there is a pocket on the outside of the insulin case as well to store important documents while keeping them safe from moisture.
I love the green color and think it looks great with all my other travel accessories. I would definitely recommend this to others looking for a small insulin travel cooler case.

Nicely made, super cute, and lots of room for assorted supplies. This case is much more nicely made than another I own that was around the same price. The inside pockets are quite sturdy and useful for keeping things organized. I was able to easily fit a meter and other supplies in the case along with my medication, all in one place. I purchased this product for airplane travel, hoping it would at least help keep my medicine a little cooler than ambient temperature. After four hours I found the cooler packs were completely thawed out and no longer cool, but it definitely limited how long my medication was out at room temperature, which I believe is helpful.

This bomkee cooler travel case for insulin is very well made. It has pockets to fit multiple necessities in and it even came with 2 reusable freezer packs.
The reason for 4 stars, is due to the freezer packs not being flexible when frozen. I would worry that, with them being so rigid, the freezer packs could potentially break something in the bag.
Otherwise, the freezer packs do get super cold and stay cold for a long time.
The bag feels very heavy duty and cleanable all around.
I actually got this as a cold snack bag for the little ones lunches (because of the size, it fits right into a backpack lunch). A couple of my in-laws have similar bags for insulin, so I’m very well versed in their utility. I feel in a pinch, this could be used for either medical or other functions.
I must stress this point: if I were using this bag for insulin, I would not use the included freezer packs. I would be too afraid of them breaking the needles.
Otherwise, definitely recommend.

A very nice bag with an easily cleanable fabric cover. The included icebags are quite nice and last a few hours in the heat of the summer. The insulation is thick and seems to help, the included pockets are a nice feature and leave enough room for all of my accessories and necessary pieces.

This insulin cooler travel case works great for insulin pens. It can fit about four pens comfortably, and also includes two ice packs. It closes with a zipper on the outside and has a small handle for carrying.

This is a very nice case. I will try to tell you everything you might want to know about it. It feels well constructed, with a nice weight to it, without feeling excessively heavy either. You can feel decent thickness foam insulation within the top and bottom of the case, though I do not feel the same foam insulation on the four sides. The entire inside is lined with a reflective silver material, which may be referred to as an aluminum foil lining, but this is not aluminum foil, it is a durable, thick reflective silvery material, which appears well attached and seems likely to hold up with use. Inside the case, there are pockets attached to the top and bottom of the case, providing plenty of space for storage, that includes a large pocket within the silver reflective material on the bottom and top, also three elastic mesh pockets and two elastic straps, as seen in the photos. There is also a single pocket on the outside of the case on top. The case includes two nice freezer packs, and I will point out that these have a nice fabric type material feel to them, so they are not plastic instead they are more fabric like. The case has a carrying strap on one side. It has two zippers and they function smoothly. I am attaching five photos to show you what I received. I hope some of this is helpful for you. I think this is a well-made case. I like it.

This is such a pretty Insulin Travel case with decent ice packs and pockets for your diabetic needs.
I ordered this because I have the disease. I am not Type 1, however that can change if you have a bad illness. As a Senior with complicated health issues, I decided to order this item, in case I do need it.
The case is so pretty that you could adapt it to other uses as well.
I recommend the BOMKEE Insulin Cooler Travel Case, Insulin and Syringe Case Insulated Pouch Organizer

I’m surprised by the quality of this insulin cooling case. This stylish insulin case is larger than I expected, so it holds more for day trips. I like that you slip the gel ice packs into a pocket, which gives it a little bit of a barrier between the insulin and ice pack. This is important as insulin can ruin if it gets too cold/frozen. The gel ice packs are thin and small, so they don’t last very long when it is hot out. I would check inside after a couple of hours to make sure your medication is at a proper temperature. It should be kept out of the direct sun.
The bag itself seems to be quite durable and well-made. I had no issues with the zipper opening and closing. The case is small enough to slip into a handbag, backpack, luggage, etc. It appears that this should be TSA approved if the gel packs are frozen solid. I would recommend this insulin bag.
