This product caught me by surprise. I was incredibly pleased from the first time I used this. I listened to the other reviews and bought this primarily for mosquito bites. This is something I will continue to have & use for many other things, but it was such a relief to finally find something that took the itch away immediately. there was a couple times I would have to reapply, but it was very rare. I literally get eaten alive by mosquitoes whether it’s day/night primarily because of where I live by the water. But I’ve found so many other uses for this product. For example, I use it as a moisturizer on my face, dry parts of my body. It’s incredibly effective at combating dryness, providing added moisture & calming any redness on any part of my body/face. There’s a reason why so many Asian products have the main ingredient of calendula. It’s a power house ingredient that I’m so grateful to have found through Boiron. *Addes plus they have truthful info on the bottles and where they source their calendula flowers. I love Boiron as a brand & will continue to buy this, as I’m currently on tube 2 because I use it all over my body.

I prefer the calendula cream to the ointment, but I’ll take whichever is available because I use this for pretty much anything. It works better than lotion for when my hands get chopped from the cold Michigan air. Also works for random cuts and other issues that keep popping up for me. Good to keep some on hand at all times at least one in my medicine cupboard! And I take one on trips whenever I can.

Update: after a few months I got to 90% healed, but I couldn’t get my skin thick enough to get them from tearing when they got wet and touched something (like drinking without a straw). They look normal now, lines, right color and no peeling cycle though which is amazing.
I also mixed it with lanolin oil, which you can get on Amazon too, which made it more moisturizing.
Been using for 4 weeks and its made a big difference. Went from painfully red, swollen, peeling lips to being a normal color with no swelling or inflammation. The peeling cycle went from 3 days to 7. The completeky smooth skin is also now getting lines back!

This Calendula cream is a must-have for minor skin irritations. It soothes cuts, scrapes, and insect bites quickly without any burning or irritation. The texture is smooth, non-greasy, and absorbs well, making it comfortable for daily use.
I’ve also used it for sunburns, and it provides a cooling effect while promoting faster healing. The fact that it’s homeopathic and free from artificial fragrances is a big plus. A great addition to any first-aid kit!

This stuff is fantastic. It’s very soothing and healing for minor cuts and abrasions, irritated skin. I use it on myself and I use it for my dog when he gets allergic reactions and heat rash. Works better than anything on the market for dogs. Hydrates his skin instead of the sprays that have alcohol good burn. And works very rapidly. My dog has not had a problem in months since I cleared up his redness and irritation with this. It is safe for animals and recommended by my vet because if they lick it they will not get sick like they would from antibiotic appointments for people.
My exotic animal vet also recommended this for my bunny who had urine scald from her lack of mobility when she got old. It helped immensely.
It does not have a strong scent or I wouldn’t be able to use it on myself. And it is not greasy. Only takes a little dab, put just a light coating on the area as needed until the sore or irritated area is healed. If severe you can use it three times a day but I only used it once a day with my dog and he was better forever in a few days.
I’ve been told that it is very soothing and effective for hemorrhoids. No joke.
And anything that you would use Cortizone cream for.

I used the wrong product on my privates and ended up with a really bad rash. This Calendula Cream was one of the things that helped the rash go away. Calendula has been used for many years to naturally soothe, repair and heal skin irritations. I love that the Boiron Calendula Cream is free of parabens, dyes and fragances. And, not only is it healing and soothing, it is also moisturizing. Now I keep one on hand for cuts, burns and any skin issue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
