Upon receipt, I checked the expiration date, which was about a year from the purchase date, providing ample time to use the product. This is an important detail for me because it speaks to the freshness of the remedy. The packaging itself was nicely sealed, ensuring that the product was untouched and in a hygienic state when it reached me.
The only drawback I found was the price. It seems that there is a significant premium charged for these cough relief pellets. While I appreciate the quality and natural formulation, the cost is a factor worth considering before making a purchase. Other than the price, everything else about the pellets was good.

I am dealing with a case of lingering cough, so this seemed like an ideal product for me. This is a homeopathic remedy. I have been taking over-the-counter cough suppressant and I am tired of my lingering cough so I decided to try the homeopathic medicine.
The instructions on this product are very confusing. It says take 3 to 4 times a day and the dosage for adults over 12 years old is 10 pellets. I am not sure if I have to take 10 pellets 3-4 times a day making it 30 to 40 pills a day, or divide up 10 pills and take them over 3 to 4 times during the day. For now I decided to take 10 pills at one time for a total of 30 during the day taken three times. Although the instructions say to take these pills with water, I was able to chew the pills, and they tasted slightly sugary with no bitterness at all.
The pills are relatively small and thick, so it is not an issue taking 10 at a time. However, there is no mention of the number of pills in the bottle, so I am not sure how long this bottle will last. Hopefully it has about 90 pills in the bottle, that will last me at least three days if I 30 a day. The bottle itself is pretty small about 3 to 4 inches and the pills are packed tightly. For now I’m giving the product 3 stars, and will report back if it gets rid of my lingering cough.

I’m reviewing Bestmade Naturalproducts.com BM13 Natural Cough Relief Pellets.
There are too many unknowns with this product for me to feel comfortable taking it. I have a lingering cough, that I had hoped these might help with.
I prefer taking supplements made in the USA, and there are certain countries I try to avoid. Neither the description, packaging, nor company website indicate where these pellets are manufactured. (The packaging does indicate GMP Facility, ISO 9001 Certified, and ISO 14001 Certified.)
The product name on the bottle is BM13 Bronchitis & Chronic Coughs Pellets; however, the packaging says it “may help with acute, chronic, whooping, barking, painful, productive, and dry cough. Best used for chest pain, irritating cough, and bronchial inflammation.”
The ingredient list is worth researching, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions (see photo). Unfortunately, this ingredient list was not in the Amazon description, or I probably wouldn’t have ordered these.
The instructions are confusing. It says “To get the best results do this: take with water 3-4 times per day. Ages 12 or older, 10 pellets, ages 12-2 5 pellets.” Now is it 10 pellets total, or 10 pellets each time???
If it’s 10 pellets three to four times a day, that’s 40 pills. Even though the pills are on the small side, 40 in one day seems like a lot to me.
Neither the packaging nor the description state how many pellet pills are in this small bottle, so I counted 124 pellets. That comes out to a 3 day supply if you’re taking 10 pills 4 times a day.
There is no scent and the pills are small (see photo).
I find $34.99 to be on the pricey side, especially if the amount to be taken is 40 pellets per day. This is either a 3 day supply if you take 40 per day or a 12 day supply if you take 10 pills each day.

This is an amazing tablet that my wife likes. She followed the instruction to use and one tablet is good for a whole day. The tablet doesn’t have any odd taste and it is easy to swallow. The nice small bottle is easy to grab in hand. The letters are hard to read on the bottle, but the paper sleeve has large letters that are easy to read. The active ingredients are clearly listed.

I got these cough pellets for my persistent cough to see if they could help. I noticed that they reduced the amount of coughing I was doing, but did not fully get rid of the cough and then I ran out of pellets. So I don’t know if these would have healed me if I kept taking them, but at the least, they reduced my coughing which is a relief to my diaphragm. Just being able to rest a little more is useful. I think I expected with how many pellets were in the bottle, I would be able to get better before I ran out. However, you have to take so many in a day that you just go through them so quickly.
