I am already taking Berberine to help with my high blood glucose levels. I am not diabetic and don’t want to become one. Since I don’t take any meds, I figured some natural solution might help in the cause. These capsules are larger than my previous Berberine pills. I’m hoping they are more potent and do a better job than my previous brand. I like the combination with Ceylon Cinnamon, Gymnema Sylvestre and Bitter Melon and others, which all aid in lowering blood sugar levels. I’ll update after my next blood work.

I really like this blend…as it is not 1, but 2 forms of Berberine…as well as +10 more ingredients…for a great mix of blood sugar control, antioxidants, and likely other benefits as well.
So I don’t exactly know what Liposomal Berberine is, (which this gives 900mg with 50% Berberis Aristata Extract, Sunflower Lectin, Grape Seed Extract etc.) but I believe it is a special Berberine blend essentially that may be better absorbed than regular Berberine. And it also has 600mg of regular Berberine HCL. (It says from 60mg of 10:1 Berberine Aristata Root Extract). So…this looks like either way you will be getting a a great amount of Berberine, and in various forms, that will be easier for your body to digest or absorb. Awesome.
It also then has Ceylon Cinnamon which is often paired with Berberine, which is also great for blood sugar control, and another 9 more very useful ingredients and antioxidants in addition to that. It has a few different additional ones not in my regular Berberine one, so I like that I will still be getting alot of Berberine, and in various forms…as well as some additional anti-oxidants too.
Lastly in terms of taste and smell it has a nuetral, if not somewhat pleasant smell, which is pretty good as far as supplements go. and I noticed no taste or after taste in particular as I take with water, and then have a meal about 20 minutes later.
Overall: These seem to be a really good, well-varied Berberine supplment in terms of ingredients, and it is distributed out of Santa Belinda Fountain Valley, CA, which gives me confidence in the product safety and such. I am super happy with these…and would definitely recommend them.

Always have taken cinnamon supplements. So figured I would try these out. Seem to be just as good quality. I don’t really see any difference with them compared to others. The price is a little bit more affordable than others. Capsule size is the exact same size as well as dosage as other brands with the same dosage.

I like that there are two forms of berberine extract in each serving. I also like that there are 10 additional natural ingredients in the supplement. Another plus is that there is only one ingredient in other ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste. I also don’t feel the effect of post lunch crash as much as before.
