They changed the recipe/product and don’t tell us? Don’t think we will notice? The new bars are terrible and have a funky after taste, and the great thing is, you cant return them!!!! So they get to change the product that you ordered, but you cant return them once you receive them and find out that its not what you ordered? What? Terrible customer service from either Amazon, Atlas or both.
Update……
Atlas reached out to me and said they were re-working the new recipe and they will send me a box of the new updated bars, which they did. The new bars are much, much better and I will be ordering them again. Thank you Atlas for the customer service.

If you’ve purchased these from a regular retail store you know how they taste. The product that was delivered to us was SO stale we barely recognized the taste. Upon attempting to return them we found out we cannot, therefore, be prepared! Perhaps yours will be fresh but if not know you can’t return them! Bummer…..

This protein bar is the best I’ve tried so far. Check the ingredients they’re clean and simple. I’ve tried two flavors. Peanut butter/Chocolate chip & the Peanut butter/Raspberry. I find the Chocolate Peanut butter satisfies me in both taste & texture. While I merely tolerated the latter to get the clean protein value. I had initially subscribed to both flavors but after trying each, I changed my subscription canceling the raspberry and doubling up on the chocolate chip. It’s still on the pricey side considering I eat them daily to help meet my protein requirements however at least, for now, I feel it’s the best quality whey protein bar I’ve found that has a high protein value, quality grass fed whey protein isolate, virtually no sugar or artificial substitutes or flavors. Forgot to mention that I also tried Atlas protein bar in the SPACE flavor but I purchased one bar in a local vitamin shop retail store. I didn’t like the flavor. It was salty which made the somewhat firm texture feel dry and crumbly.

Protein bars were a go to for me for many years as a quick snack and to meet my protein intake. However I found myself not feeling well after eating them. Bad bloating and other GI issues. I came to find out that I do not tolerate certain sweeteners (any that end with “ol”) and I also cannot tolerate sugar alcohols. At that point I thought I would have to give up protein bars but I searched and found Atlas. No sweeteners that I can’t tolerate and no sugar alcohols. Plus they have ashwagandha! I ordered the pro bundle. They arrived quickly, and tasted great. I am now on my second pro bundle. These are now the only protein bars I buy and I recommend them to all of my friends. As they say, you get what you pay for and these are well worth the cost.
