Perfect for hiking and not cutting blood circulation

I bought 5 pairs of these hiking socks and in general I’m very happy, nice fit with good cushioning. However straight out of the packaging one sock had two large holes in it. I had thought they were made in USA but they are in fact made in China hence the low cost but questionable Quality Control.

I don’t have diabetes but I do get swollen feet and ankles from my Blood Pressure medication. My old crew socks would leave my ankles with tons of indentations from squeezing too tight. I thought I’d give these a try. I’m sooo glad I did! First of all they are the softest socks I’ve ever owned. Secondly they truly are non-binding. I can’t even feel them. They are so light yet they stay up. A bonus is all the extra padding on the foot part. The heel, the ball and the toe area. Extra arch support too. I can’t praise these socks enough! And they are made of environmentally friendly Bamboo. Love everything about these socks.

I’m told by my partner Mary the bamboo socks are very warm and comfortable, and are great for hiking as well as everyday wear. She said the price may be higher than other options but the quality is a definite offset. Will surely buy more of the same in the future.

I generally wear trail shoes because I’m on my feet a lot at work. I realized that I needed to change the type of socks because what I had been wearing were too binding and caused a lot of discomfort. These EcoSox hiking socks are ideal for the type of shoes I wear and are sturdy as well as non-binding. I like the bamboo fiber construction. I expect these will be the main type of socks I wear.

They wore out very quickly

Fabulous socks! They stay up without being too tight and don’t slide down your leg. Bought many pairs after being given the first as a gift.

Love these socks because they are soft against my skin and not too tight at the top. *However, if you’re planning to take them backpacking you’ll want to know they take a long time to air dry.

I have been very happy with these socks. I wear th hiking and never have issues with binding. I will say they are very thick and warm – great in winter, too hot in summer.

I had high expectations for these socks as the Ecosox is a fantastic brand. These are very comfortable as expected but started to fall apart on the first wash. The elastic started to pull apart and areas of weakness ran all the way around the sock. I was surprised but continued the next wearing. I washed them the second time and they have completely fallen apart. Elastic is sticking out everywhere, which intern weakens the sock itself. The price was very high for these socks and they are not worth a penny. I would never suggest buying these. I would stick to other types of Ecosox though.
