Bought to travel across country via airplane with my ozempic pens. I know it says on the pens they don’t need to be refrigerated after first use but I keep them in the fridge cause why not. So I knew I’d need this for flying a 4 1/2 hour flight and then 6 hours back. They fit everything I needed and stayed cold the whole time and was still very cold when I got to destinations both times. I got the purple one. It’s very cute. Just looks like a cute little purple zip up wallet from the outside. So if you’re someone that needs to travel with these daily for insulin or whatever reason this won’t stand out to anyone. Durable and will probably last me years.

One of my biggest concerns when buying an insulin travel case was how long it would actually keep my medication cool. In my personal experience, when I froze the ice packs overnight and placed them in the case with my insulin, they lasted closer to 6 hours in mild temperatures (~75°F).

I bought this to hold my diabetic medicine and keep it cold for a while. I’m in the west coast and travel to see my family in the east coast a few times a year. I freeze the ice packs and can fit up to three weeks of medicine in here. I place it in my carry on and of the 6 times I have used it- I was stopped and questioned once but all was good when I explained the medicine is for my diabetes.
