These pill organizers are very cute but not super well made. Upon opening the package and learning how they work one of them broke almost immediately. You have to be very careful when opening the little side latch because the plastic prongs holding it in will break semi easily. This whole case is now unusable as the door won’t stay closed and all the pills fall out. Not too great of a design in my opinion. For the price, I guess it’s to be expected.
Revising because this product is really horrible quality and has now completely broken. I would return it if eligible. Don’t waste your money on this trash.

Save your money, please! I guess I should have read the reviews first, but this product didn’t seem like it could go so wrong. The plastic and construction is incredibly cheap and arrived scratched and cracked (in the packaging). The lid doesn’t close over the comparments completely therefore smaller pills shift all over the place. Awful product and, no returns. Very disappointing.

These pill boxes are very cute and the design is great! Some people were disappointed these didn’t have days on them but my pills don’t change day to day so that’s not a problem for me. The slots also hold decent sized pills which I was surprised by. If you didn’t have too many you could probably fit a couple large pills in along with smaller ones. So far I haven’t had any issues with the turn button getting stuck either but you do need to press a little forcefully to make it go. The plastic is cheap and feels easily breakable so if you’re looking for something that’ll hold up a long time I’m not sure it’d be the best product for you. If you just want something cute that you can keep at your bedside or in a safe compartment of your purse this would be great!

4.5 stars. this is a CUTE alternative to daily pill organizers. only drawback is that each section only holds a small amount of pills (or just small ones) and the rotating mechanism sometimes is a little sticky. but a much more interesting option!

I really love these pill holders/organizers because it’s one of the few that I’ve been able to find that are a cute design while still large enough to have all the week’s worth of pills in it. I will say small pills, like my allergy meds will shift around in the compartments if it’s shaken, which has happened when I travel. Also larger pills like the fish oil supplements I take will get stock and the rotation part won’t work. Overall for I like it but if I had a serious illness and needed to keep my pills organized I may go for another type of organizer.

One fits in my back pocket well or in my partners purse, holds a good amount of meds for me (four total) could certainly hold more than that. And it’s cute! My favorite is the pink one. Only really ‘issue’ is the tiny cover inside the back popped out but that doesn’t effect anything. Not enough to take a star away in my opinion.

I saw the reviews but the items seemed cute enough to take a chance. I ordered a pack of three and all of them are broken and scratched up and I can’t return them! SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Ok, I bought these for my daughter who, unfortunately, takes a lot of medicine! She was always forgetting one or another pill so I figured if she had a cute box and everything together it would work better! I was right. She loves these, the shape and color are perfect and very easy to use. She uses one for AM and one for PM.

I had a set of these I bought several years ago. They were great. But through daily use, they eventually word out. So I thought I would buy another set since I had such good luck in the past. What a mistake. As I push the button to rotate the compartments, the pills move from compartment to compartment. Larger pills are okay but smaller pills “hop” between compartments making this totally useless. They appear to have been redesigned from the ones I originally purchased several years ago. Redesign does not mean improved, it just means cheaper to make.
