Used these on our most recent trip to Bali. My partner and I took a tablet before every main meal and we didn’t have any issues at all. My partner said his stomach felt really good the whole 9 days whereas the last few times in bali his stomach and bathroom habits were definitely different to say the least. I don’t have a very strong stomach and when I travel (especially internationally), the change in food, water and seasonings wreaks havoc on my digestive system. While I also take a pre and probiotic, I need some extra protection while out of my normal environment. I take these right before eating. I haven’t had any big issues other than one time, where I needed an antibiotic for recovery, so this probably wouldn’t have helped in that case. I can’t say 100% that they work since I won’t travel without them, but if you have stomach issues like me and want a little back up, this might be it. Now I only travel with them.

I have a very sensitive stomach. I live in Georgia and even short trips to local states such as Florida have left me with terrible stomach issues that put a damper on my trip. I will never leave home without. it. I know i sound like a commercial but it worksssss. I had minimum symptoms to say the least. However no other issue. I think this resulted in brushing teeth with water instead of using bottle water. Totally forgot.
