Diphenhydramine is the active ingredient of most antihistamines. The drowsy result is the same with this product. The gummy bites are chewy and tolerable but in my opinion the taste is not that great (it is medicine like). The product does promote sleep as advertised.

I think there are possibly other alternatives that are more tasty. This is really just gummy Benadryl, so not the best flavor towards the end of the chew. If that’s what you want here you go.

These sleep aid gummy bites are helpful for a good nights sleep, but their taste is unpleasant. These gummies are super duper soft and have a springy, gummy texture. The flavor could be improved a lot though. The gummy is sweet at first, but then the bitterness hits your taste buds. These sleep aid gummy bites have a bitter kick to them and a bitter aftertaste too. The initial sweetness at the beginning only lasted a few seconds, then the bitterness emerges. I think these sleep aid gummy bites work as intended, but they’re not the easiest gummies to take. As several reviews have mentioned, these CalmCo Adult Sleep Aid gummies are essentially antihistamines in chewable form and the exact same formula and dosage as in many sleep and runny nose products. With 20 gummies they are good for only 10-20 uses depending on how many one takes.
They had a chemical taste with just a hint of artificial flavoring but weren’t that sticky so that is a plus for those with extensive dental work or dentures.
I’ve had so-so results in the past with diphenhydramine which sometimes worked, sometimes not, but usually made me feel hung-over the next day regardless.
Since the same formulation can be found in many products marketed for sleep, including generic brands, the limited amount one gets here makes them kind of costly compared to tablet forms. The only advantage I can see in these is for someone who prefers for whatever reason to eat medications or supplements rather than pop a pill. Though as mentioned, they are still not a tasty alternative and thus can only be rated as average.

These gummies taste absolutely terrible and the texture only makes it worse. Anyone who genuinely gives them a chance will never claim they taste amazing, because they simply don’t! I always make sure to write honest reviews, and the truth is, these gummies are just awful. I even tried giving them to my fiancé without saying anything, and he immediately spit them out lol I attempted taking one before bed, hoping they would help me sleep, but they didn’t work at all. What a disappointment! All you’re left with is a horrible aftertaste that’s all. I threw them in the trash…I’m sorry, but I would give zero stars if I could! 🙁

The gummies are soft. They are covered in sugar that does nothing to mask the nasty taste! I suggest brushing your teeth and tongue immediately after eating as well as drinking water. They do work though, so at least there’s that!

I unfortunately am not an easy sleeper and I usually take sleep aids. Sometimes I get lucky and find a good kind like this one. Gummies, who doesn’t like gummies? The best part is that they are very effective and do their job well take two and you’ll be sawing logs. The really unfortunate part is I had to share them with my husband who helped me end this bottle twice as fast. Needless to say we both found the sleep aid gummies very agreeable and would positively recommend them to any fellow restless sleeper,
