I use ACU PLUS for a long time back pain and knee pain. It gives quick relief that lasts for hours. I tried other competitor products before, and Acu Plus outshines them all!

I prefer using heat or cold to relieve my muscle, joint or back pain over oral medications. Sometime heat or cold alone isn’t enough to relieve pains so I like to use topical solutions. I’m always looking for better or less expensive alternatives to more common products like Icy Hot or Tiger Balm.
AcuPlus reminds me a lot of Biofreeze and Rock Sauce roll-on and creams. It works very quickly and is a strong feeling. Everyone’s results will be different, but the feeling lasts for about an hour for me. Enough to relieve the stronger pains and then switch to a heating pad if anything lingers.
It has a little bit less of the main active ingredient, Menthol, than the other products that it reminds me of, but I think the other natural ingredients may be what adds to the pain relief effect. The lower amount of Menthol also means less of that intense eye-burning sensation from the smell of it.
I like this product and recommend it. At the time I wrote this review, It is a little more expensive than other combo packages from the competition. But this one has many natural ingredients and less of that tear causing scent which I appreciate.

Handy in either the tub or the roll but doesnt provide much pain relief. It was a cool gel going on and absorbed well, had a cooling sensation but no real relief.

Overall I liked this set of creams. I prefer the roll on to the tub just because it’s very convenient to throw in your bag and take with you. It’s a lightweight whitish color that goes on clear. It has a light minty smell similar to other creams that dull soreness. It was effective for a short time after applying and faded after a couple hours.

I’ve used several of these types of pain relief creams and most of them don’t move the needle at all. AcuPlus, however, does. In this combo pack you get one roll-on and one jar of ointment. The roll-in is great because it is easy to use and delivers product exactly where you want it to go with no mess and no contact with your hands. It’s particularly great to bring along with you to use on the go. The cream, which has sort of like a thicker gel consistency, is a little harder to control as you have to sort of just rub it onto an area. A little goes a long way though and you can cover large areas easily.
When I use either of them on my neck/shoulders, I feel instant relief from tension and achiness. There’s a cooling effect that happens from the menthol that feels great but it goes deeper than that. I love that the ingredients are all natural. That they can make a product that’s so effective using all natural ingredients is a thing of wonder and amazement. There is a menthol scent but it’s not overpowering and you can probably enter the world after using this without smelling like BenGay.
Is it the cheapest product on the market? No. But does it work? Yes. Seriously great product. Love it.

Despite the description which suggests The ingredients are a variety of healthy herbs,, reading the label carefully shows that the only ingredient listed as an active ingredient is menthol 3%.While the form factor of a capped roll-on applicator makes it easy to carry in ones purse, it unfortunately does not do much in the way of relieving pain.
The cream is the same product, only in cream form. I found both forms to be disappointing.
