High quality build and thoughtful design allows you confidence in preventing your expensive medication that requires refrigeration from being ruined, or operate with reduced potency.
The unit is easy to use, and secures the medication syringes well.
TSA approval is impressive, as that requires some investment in time, but Australia’s therapeutic products administrative body has given this the green light for use.
The items remain cool even when traveling in a warm environment, and slipping out the cooler packs and back in again is easy.
The temperature indicator is also useful in reassuring you that your expensive medications are being kept at the optimal condition.

Case arrived and it feels solid. Zippers are nice and seem to feel about on par with YKK zippers but the seal along the zipper does catch on it so it’s tough at times to move it around. Case is mostly one side for the pack with the ice and give or take 3-4 insulin pens depending on what type of pens you have.
I have Tresiba and Humalog so if you put one of each in each loop you can hold 4 but you will find it hard to fit two of the same type in each loop. Definitely would have been a better option to use some form of elastic material just to accommodate bigger sizes.
Temp wise, the thermometer has a wired sensor you stuff into a loop in the insulated pouch to allow it to read closer to the ice. I wouldn’t say it holds a full day but it should be able to keep your insulin at temperature long enough for you to get to a fridge at your destination.

Got this for a trip to Japan. I take Enbrel weekly, and was definitely going to need to inject a dose while out in Japan. I put my Enbrel and the frozen ice packs in about 30 minutes before leaving for the airport.
I took a 4 hour flight to San Francisco, had a 2 hour layover, and halfways through my 11 hour flight to Japan, I saw the temp was at 47 degrees F. I was a bit nervous since I still had 5-6 hours left in flight, plus an hour drive to my final destination and didn’t know how fast it was warming up. But I had no choice but to trust the process.
It was just under 24 hours from the time I put my meds into the cooler until I was finally was able to put it in a fridge, and at that point the cooler was barely at 58 degrees F. injrcted my medicine a few days later, and it was just as effective as it normally is. Was so happy and grateful for this.
Most people don’t have to travel 24 hours keeping meds cool, but it can if you need. It would definitely maintain your meds much cooler at shorter periods of time.

First off I would like to note that I have not yet had a chance to take this on a plane (so will update eventually when that happens) and I ordered this item not for keeping insulin cold but for the ability to have ice packs on a flight for back pains and migraines (the only potential medications we would use this for are migraine injectables, which is a possibility for us). So far, the ice packs seem to be well made and just large enough to help provide some pain relief on a flight. The pack itself is either actual or a nice synthetic suede and there’s a clear screen on the front to let you know how cold the pack is on the inside. Inside the pack, with a tight insulating zipper, is an insert of insulating packing to help keep everything cool longer. If I ever run across someone who actually needs this for insulin, I would definitely recommend it for them to try.

My husband recently became diabetic and put on insulin. I ordered this Gloinsu brand Insulated insulin cooler for him. It is a hard shell case with a zipper pocket inside for supplies and an insulated inner pack that holds the insulin as well as the ice packs that are included. This case holds 6 insulin pens, plus supplies. It is a very functional case. The exterior of the Grey one that I bought feels like suede. The design is good and it’s ability to travel with you in your hands, in a purse, tote bags, backpack or suitcase is excellent. It has an interior liquid crystal thermometer as well as the temperature probe that is digital. It is well worth the $16.99 price for the Grey or $9.99 for the black.

I am so impressed with this Insulin Cooler Travel Case! As someone with diabetes, traveling with insulin can be a hassle, but this cooler has made it so much easier. The sleek Alcantara case looks stylish and is very durable. It has a built-in thermometer display that allows me to monitor the temperature, ensuring my medication stays at the ideal range throughout my trip.
The cooler comes with two ice packs that keep everything perfectly chilled for up to 24 hours, even when traveling long distances. It fits my insulin pens and other diabetic supplies comfortably, and the case is TSA-approved, so I don’t have to worry about any issues during airport security.
I love how organized it keeps my meds, and I feel much more confident about traveling knowing that my insulin will remain safe and at the right temperature. It’s a must-have for anyone who needs to carry temperature-sensitive medication while on the go.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for design, functionality, and convenience!

I used this to take injectable medication on an airplane. The ice packs were frozen solid for 48 hours before travel began. TSA didn’t have any issues and didn’t even open them. The batteries are removable so once I arrived at my destination, I took them out for storage and to save them for future use. The case is hard and the zipper is sturdy. This would work great in a carry on or checked luggage. Worth the money!!
