the first thing i noticed is that my appetite went way down. i had an upset stomache but just for the first day or two. I took 6 a day. i usually lose 1 or 2 pounds a week with my keto diet and 2-3 gym nights a week. with Keto gumies i lost three pounds the first week and two pound the second week. I’ve tried several ACV products. This one, to me, is the best. You only have to take it once a day instead of three times a day, and it helps with digestion.

I purchased (2) (2) packs these gummies and was on the last bottle and in month 3 when I started experiencing pain on my right ride to which I am still having smh. I went to to the doctor and was told to STOP taking the gummies as this was the only new thing that I started. I have stopped. However, I did like the flavor and I did start to see a little difference, but I got really tired.

The advertisment did NOT match what the product suggested. I even increased the doseage to two in the morning and two before I went to bed. Not a single pound did I lose, and I even ate healthier even though it said you didn’t have to do ANYTHING different and you would lose pounds and inches. Please don’t waste your money.
