This cooler is awful. I have bought in April 31st since the beginning I had problems with charging the cooler with the USB cable. It doesn’t work, I have to throw away my medicine because it got spoiled because the cooler couldn’t refrigerator my medicine because I couldn’t use the USB cable. Don’t waste your money, this was my second try with this cooler. It just doesn’t work. I am very disappointed with this seller they are ignoring me . After many messages, they still don’t want to refund my money. I have lost my money.

This portable medical fridge was a god send. I used it when I traveled. I needed something to keep my meds refrigerated and using a cooler wouldn’t keep it cold for a 16 hour drive. I was able to keep it cold constantly because of the adapter for the charger in my car. The rechargeable batteries worked great for when I did a cruise and had to wait 6 hours until I was able to plug it into my room. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep medicine cold.

This mini insulin cooler is a game changer for those who are diabetic. It has a limited space for pens and bottles, which you will need to verify that your pens will fit in this unit, but the cooler itself is the most efficient way to keep your insulin at the proper temp. First off this cooler has 4 different charging options. You can use a regular outlet, cigarette lighter port, a mobile power bank, or direct charge the internal battery. It has a small LCD touch screen that you can use to adjust and set the temperature. You can lock the screen so that it does not get adjusted unintentionally (and otherwise causing the contents to spoil). I really like this cooler because it can be used in an emergency situation, when traveling, or as a backup if you have a power outage. It is not limited to storing insulin, you can store any other temperature regulated medication in the cooler so long as it fits. That makes this a great options for more than just diabetics. Overall, this is a great little cooler that could literally save a life, at a more than fair price. Would recommend.

I bought the unit that had two batteries. I tried charging one, and having the other one as a spare, except for the fact that both batteries would only run for 2 to 3 hours without going dead. Even on a full charge this unit is nothing with a claiming to be in the advertisement. Buyer beware.

Took it on a trip to France and it worked great. Multiple methods of keeping it charged are key to success. Ran it for two weeks without a problem. Holds three of my shots. Wish it had a way to store the cords. Have them in a separate bag, just hope they don’t get lost. Went through several airport screenings with no problem including CDG. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Well, this was great, until it wasnt. I keep a thermometer in it to make sure temp stays on par for medication. I purchased this end of February and used it March-June for 24hours per month when I travel. It is plugged in 95% of time via car or indoors. It is never required to work in warm ambient temps. Went to return it today and Im out of support and return window. Picture is after it’s been plugged in for 18hrs 🙁
6/28/23 Company reached out and offered full refund which I greatly appreciate. Great customer service so Im changing rating. They said they are continuously improving product.
