This is the third or fourth pair of these shoes that I’ve bought. There are reasons that I come back to them and those are:
1) Although they are not “stylish”, they keep me pain-free. I am able to remove the innersole and insert my own orthodics.
2) The box is wide enough so that my toes are not cramped, especially since I do a lot of walking for exercise.
3) They are heavy compared to shoes that are made of mesh material but they are sturdy and hold their shape until I am ready for a new pair and they keep my ankles/feet stable for trail walking,
If you’re looking for a stylish diabetic shoe that you use with your daytime or evening wear, this isn’t it. You will always look like you’re wearing “mukluks”. I haven’t found many shoes that allow me to take the insoles out to use my own orthodics so I’m willing to use these for the large part of my walking.

This is a comfortable shoe and very wide & well padded, I bough a size 8 US or 6 UK. With the insole, which was necessary for comfort. I’m normally a size smaller & it fits a little big.
I had to use the standard laces as it was difficult to tighten them up up enough for Walking outside.
For me they are brilliant when I spend hours cooking a special meal for friends & family which I do a lot.
I have never been great at standing for long periods as I’m Hyper mobile but these really help.

I have some very problematic issues with various companies and their shoes. These particular shoes are a clear example. I wear custom orthotics and finding shoes that fit is more than challenging. The right shoe fit comfortably and well and I began to hope I had finally found a new one after four years with only one pair wearable shoes. The left one felt totally different as if two different sizes were mixed in the box. Simply putting it on and standing up my foot screamed in pain. The really sad part is my only pair of shoes I can wear is from the same company.

The fit. Nice and wide. Very comfortable. No rubbing on the bunion. Was able to slide my foot in without struggling or forcing. I can wear a thicker sock and still have room to move my toes. Shoes came with a shoehorn, laces and insoles. Very pleased with purchase. The arch is great. I feel the purchase price was worth it after so many brand letdowns. Last but not least, the colors on exterior are very nice.

I actually don’t mind the look of this shoe, it’s actually kind of cute in a clunky sort if way. I did a ton of research on what shoe might help my plantar fasciitis and finally decided on this one. Put them on and they are pretty comfy but I noticed the toe box doesn’t seem as roomy as I thought it might be. I usually wear a 7 to a 7.5 and ai ordered an 8. Im glad I ordered larger, im wondering if I should have ordered an 8 wide even thought Ive never had to have a wide shoe before. Maybe they will stretch out a bit with some wear. It doesn’t bother me enough to return them.

It is super wonderful to have finally found a comfortable shoe! The toe box is wide enough that I no longer have to have a cramped feeling. I will definitely purchase again!
