This Gosemai brand Medication Thermos does an excellent job of maintaining temperatures appropriate for my refrigerated prescription meds for at least 16 hours. See attached photo showing temperatues taken at intervals.
I am truly impressed. I didn’t really expect a full 16 hours under 40 degrees Farenheit.
Depending on the size and shapes of meds you need to travel with, this may well be one of the better options out there for traveling with Rx injectables.
Some types of injection pens, like Emgality, for example, will present a problem because of their shape. It was difficult getting the emgality back out because the wide part of it gets stuck under the neck of the thermos.
If the thermos neck had a wide mouth shape it’s possible that problem could be eliminated. The other drawback about this thermos is that it is not big enough for a month supply, let alone a 6 to 8 eeek supply of my prescription injectables. When we travel abroad I usually need a 6 to 8 week supply.
4 stars, only because the narrow neck of this thermos makes it quite difficult to get my Emgality pen out.

The case comfortably holds 3-6 insulin pens or EpiPens, which makes it perfect for longer trips or carrying multiple medications, there are also separate compartments for gel ice packs, keeping everything organized and easy to access, The included gel ice packs stayed frozen for about 8-12 hours in moderate temperatures, keeping insulin properly chilled, in hotter climates, it can last closer to 6-8 hours, but you can easily swap in fresh ice packs.
The exterior is made of sturdy, water-resistant material, giving peace of mind that the medication is protected, the zipper is strong and glides smoothly, and the insulation feels high quality.
If you’re looking for a reliable and TSA-compliant cooler case for traveling with insulin or other temperature-sensitive medications, this is a fantastic choice, it offers plenty of storage, effective cooling, and great durability.

This medical storage cooler is a great tool to keep medication cold when traveling short distances or going on a short day trip. It is similar to a thermos, though it is questionable as to whether or not it’s a good idea to store any consumable liquid in it. The internal ice pack needs to be frozen prior to using it in the cooler, and there is a warning that the gel inside is not intended for ingestion.
There is enough room inside to house several vials of medication stacked on top of each other, and the gel pack has an indentation to allow the curve of a bottle or tube to rest against it. I tested the temperature inside the cooler at a few points over a couple of hours, and the internal temperature after about 3 hours was about 64-66F and about 50-55F closer to the gel pack. As long as the cooler isn’t stored in a hot room or direct sunlight, it should keep medications at temperature for a short day trip or a few hours of a car ride. I would not recommend this for keeping things cooler for longer periods of time.
A quick word of caution: When storing the medication, be careful when placing the vials in the container right up against the gel pack when it has first come out of the freezer. Some medications cannot be brought close to freezer temps, so if this applies to you I’d recommend placing a folded paper towel or something between the medication and the gel pack.

I ordered the Insulin Cooler Travel Case for 3-6 pens, TSA Approved By Gosemai. The product came boxed with the cooler and ice pack inside. Instructions are printed on the box. I used a Bluetooth temperature tile to monitor the temperature. I was able to maintain between 33 degrees F and 47 degrees F at an ambient temp of 68 degrees F for 36 hours. Based on my experience and the testing I have been able to do so far I believe the metrics in the listing are accurate and would feel comfortable leaving my medication in the cooler for 20 hours at an ambient temp of 86 degrees F. I am able to fit 3 Hyrimoz pens in the cooler with no issue. These are very similarly sized to USA Humira.
The cooler is of the larger size but the ice pack is the same size as the standard ice pack that comes in smaller coolers meant for one Humira pen. This size ice pack does perform better in the smaller coolers. Alternatively, there are coolers of this size that have larger ice packs. Although that means I can only fit two Hyrimoz pens in the cooler, the performance time is better for those coolers. I am just saying this because if you need something that will last longer or at higher temperatures, there are options out there.
All that said, this product at under $10 is an excellent value and if this will meet your needs, I can highly recommend this product.

This is a very good double vacuum stainless steel container , it comes with a similar size ice pack that fits inside and provided the needed cold temperature. It is well made, easy to disassemble and clean.
