This is NOT a product that you put ice or “blue ice” in. It is a standalone product that keeps insulin at room temperature for short amounts of time. You don’t have to worry about leakage, etc.- since there is no water involved. Just activate according to the easy directions. I used this on a cruise, and it was a life saver. Highly recommend when used according to instructions/

I bought this to transport insulin in, it does the job.
My only problem is that the space inside is a little restricted, because of the cooling ‘pack’ inside. The case could do to be a bit bigger.

Breezy Extra Insulated Medicine Pouch. Where was this my whole life? I took it to the Caribbean, and it held my insulin below 30 Celsius. Perfect for travel, especially in hot environments. No need to worry about refrigeration, as an air-conditioned room is sufficient to recharge the pouch overnight.

I’ve been using this for a while now. It’s a good product.
I keep various meds in there that are sensitive to temps. I did a couple of experiments and put stuff that i use (but not usable due to various reasons) to see how the temp would be. In a car (out of the sunlight), car interior about 120 (sunny and I live in the deep south), about 2 hours unattended. When I came back to check on it, the interior of the bag was not hot at all, probably around 80 F, and I would have used the meds, no problems (one of the meds was a capsule, and it didn’t melt or anything).
In short, it’s a recommended buy. It does exactly what it says and it’s a good at it, portable bag to keep meds from overheating. I trust it with my life-saving meds now. Just be sure to pay attention to the instructions on getting the bag back down to usable temperature, it’s not an instant return, but it’s not long, especially if you put it (empty) in the fridge to cool down. (The instructions included are very clear on what to do.)

These products are amazing! I hiked through Petra when It was 33 degrees in the shade and my insulin was fine. It carried on working normally. I trialed it by taking to the Canary Islands and putting it in the sun with a max/min thermometer and it showed 38 degrees in the sun but only 30 in the case. Brilliant!! I will never have to worry about my insulin again.

This is the perfect size and shape for the two pack epi-pen. It also holds an asthma inhaler with separator. It has a thick and durable zipper and carry hook. We attached a climbing hook to latch to a belt loop for everyday wear. With the cooling technology it keeps the epi-pens at a safe temperature and easily accessible.

Working great!! Even on the beach the insulin was still not hot. Was definitely in temperature range!!
