O Estojo Térmico EPI-TEMP é a solução ideal para quem precisa transportar epinefrina de forma segura e eficiente, seja para crianças ou adultos. We accidentally left the epi (which was in this case) in a hot car for 1-2 hours and the case protected the epi. It was still cool to the touch and I am highly impressed. Would recommend this case!! And I love that it’s a bright color so we can see it easily.
The truth –
Light weight, lots of room and ice packs within to ensure they don’t get too cold or too hot are great for peace of mind.

Nice size for Epi-Pens or Avi-Q and the clip is great as well. Wish there was an ability to have a strap as an alternative. It doesn’t have quite enough space to hold a spacer and inhaler. You can fit an inhaler but if you try to put an adult spacer in as well, you can’t quite zip the pouch closed. Just a tad more space to fit 2 Avi-Qs, and inhaler, a spacer and a few individual dose of Zrytec would be perfect. While I like the double entendre and the subtlety of the snowflake as a Caduceus symbol, it doesn’t quite convey the message of a medical alert as well as a traditional symbol. Overall, the product is really good.

I love that this case addresses the temperature needing to be within a certain range. I have been using a frio wallet for my sons Epi owns for years and while it DID keep them from getting too hot in summer, it did NOTHING to address extreme cold in New England winters! (And it was too big for my son to self carry.)
I took this to my local seamstress and had her sew on a stretchy jogging belt (The kind you are meant to put your phone in while you jog that got at dollar tree). It’s perfect now! He self carries and it’s safe from extreme termps in either direction!
I’m seriously considering buying another one and having it sewn on a shorter belt, so that it can be an “ankle holster” (like the omax care) under his boot cut jeans in the winter, but this one would be better, again bc of the temptcontrolling packets and secure zipper all the way securing his Epi pens.
In short, I love this thing!!

I live in a climate that can get both very warm and very cold. I was at a loss about how I would carry my new auvi-q device safely during all seasons, especially given that I spent many hours outside with my kids. This product goes beyond most typical insulated carriers with ice packs by uses 2 kinds of inserts (one for hot weather and one for cold weather) to keep the temperature stable for my devices. I am impressed with how well they have worked so far and how easy they are to re-set as needed to allow longer journeys outside for my family.
I wish they made one that was smaller, more specific to the size of the auvi-q rather than an epipen. I also would like to see the front of the pouch have a medical symbol to help people find it in emergencies (the front only shows a snowflake and the words “epi-temp”).

The design is simple and it works great! I verified it with an internal thermometer.
Of course we were moving in and out of shade and air conditioning as we stopped to eat and moved through the park, but this bag was able to help the epi-pen maintain 27.5C, which is well within the “temporary safe” temperature for travelling (not long-term storage).
Of course it’s not immune to failure, but it works great when used properly. We were able to ruin an epi-pen after having the bag in direct sunlight on a 104F day for over 3 hours – but that’s brutal. I have never seen it reach failure (30C) when used in any normal way.
Epi-pens are so expensive, you NEED this product if you carry an epi-pen. I know it sounds clique, but epinephrine is a life saving drug, and you must do your best to ensure it is safe and working properly.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. It’s made extremely well and I love how the insulated packs for hot / cold weather help keep the epi pens at the right temperature. Overall… I love this product.

This fits epipens, an asthma puffer and some antihistamines really nicely without being too big for my handbag. It has some useful pockets on the outside and a good clip. I haven’t used the cooling or heating packs yet but will do in summer. It’s good quality but pretty pricey.

It has been ok, one time the liquid became too hot in the Florida summer. I took them out of the bag and they became solid again.
