I really like the color, look, and design inside of this insulin cooler case. There is a wristlet on the outside for easy carrying or attachment to a backpack or carry. The case has a smooth working zipper to keep the contents inside secure. Inside there are 2 small, skinny ice packs. One side has a zippered mesh area for storage along with divider with additional storage. This divider does not come out like others I have seen but that is fine with me. The other side has 2 elastic bands that you can use to hold other things you might want to carry such as test strips, not insulin pens as the bands are too loose to store those in this area. A little bulky but helpful in that it is insulated with ice packs so you can store other medications and carry them along in one place with this case if you desire.

This is a great case, whether using as an insulin cooler, or for other meds that need to b kept a little cooler than normal. The entire case is lined with aluminum to hold in the cooler air. The lid is deeply recessed to hold bottles or extra meds and has a zippered mesh cover. Then there is a middle lift piece with a mesh pocket and an elastic strap. Lift that up and you have the bottom of the case, which is also pretty deep. There are 2 gel packs for freezing. Everything appears to be very well made and should last a good long time. Overall, a great buy and very useful. Highly recommended.

I take a medication that must be refrigerated at all times, and I travel out of state quite frequently. This is perfect for those long car rides. It comes with two slender pouches you can freeze to keep everything cool for a long time.
I had a six hour car ride yesterday and the ice packs were not defrosted at all. Kept my medication perfectly cold the whole time.
The case is a hard shell one with a sturdy zipper. It does a great job if you’re traveling with temperature-sensitive meds.

This is the perfect size, compact yet fits things very neatly and the design makes it easy to take items in and out. The case itself is nice and sturdy but the weight is negligible. The ice packs are heavy duty, and the fabrication of the case is top notch. It just feels like such a high quality product. This all makes it highly portable with the ability to store/travel with your first aid/medical essentials.

The Bucher & Rossini Insulin Cooler Travel Case is quite nice. This case has firm sides to protect insulin bottles. It’s a great size for all of the various supplies. There’s even room to keep the meter in here. The storage is divided into separate compartments. There’s a generous zipped mesh area that can secure items. A divider in the center of the case is perfect for insulin pens. In addition to elastic straps to hold them in place there’s a mesh pocket at the bottom that will provide more security. I’m less impressed with the other side of the case. There are just two elastic straps that stretch across the width of the deep compartment. Items stored here will slide around unless they are contained, perhaps in a bag or box. (I have some zip mylar pouches that are a perfect size for this section.)
Having a large, undivided area could make this case more versatile though. This sturdy case could be used for other storage solutions as well. I believe it would make an excellent first aid kit. There’s nothing that says it must be used for medical purposes at all though. Its large, roomy sections make it useful for a variety of items.
This case has an insulating foil lining and comes with two freezer packs. I tested to see if it was capable of keeping insulin at a safe temperature for an entire day. I placed both ice packs in the large section with the elastic straps. I checked the temperature ten hours later. It was 72 degrees, an acceptable temperature for insulin. It would be great for other temperature sensitive medications as well, or perhaps even a solution for a nursing mother to use for breast milk. It performed very well.
This case appears to be sturdy and well made. The zippers slide smoothly, The materials seem to be good quality. If you want items to be more secure, you might need to be a little creative with your packing, but overall I believe this is a good product.

This travel insulin case is absolutely perfect for traveling. It includes two ice packs. This has a mesh zipper portion in the top for built in storage. The case has a zipper to securely close it. This is well made and keeps it cool inside for a day of travel.

Not only is this a great insulin case, but it’s big enough and has tons of storage to store a variety of medication inside! It has a mesh lined zip pocket at the top, a insert with more storage, and a bottom section for anything else you might need PLUS two ice packs! It’s big, but a perfect size in my opinion. The materials used to make it seem pretty durable and quality made, plus the patch at the top is a nice touch for anyone else who might not know what it is, as it clearly says cold and medication through the icons used. The zipper is well made, I haven’t had any issues with it catching or opening randomly. As well as the ice packs, that don’t seem to leak, and retain cold for awhile. All in all, I LOVE THIS! I’d definitely recommend it!!!
