I ordered the 48H 7 Pens Bluetooth Insulin Cooler Travel Case, Bluetooth Temperature Humidity Monitor with TUYA APP View with Biogel Ice Pack By Prnaiev. The product came boxed. In the box I received the cooler, insulated carrying bag with strap, gel insert, Bluetooth temperature monitor, instruction booklet, TSA notification card and emergency medical card. The monitor uses the SmartLife app which I had already installed for other devices. The instructions for the monitor are easy to follow as are the instructions for the cooler and gel ice pack. **If this is your first use, it is very important to leave the gel pack out for a few minutes after freezing but before inserting into the cooler. If you do not do this you risk freezing your medication.**
I followed the directions on a test with an empty hyrimoz pen and found that the temperature had risen to 56 degrees F after 48 hours. This is an acceptable range in my opinion. I let the test go on for another 24 hours and the final temperature was 67 degrees F. The test took place under ambient conditions of 70 degrees F, in a home, outside of direct sunlight.
I absolutely love that the temperature can be monitored without opening the cooler. One thing of note is that my phone had to be right next to the cooler to get updated data. I could not get updates from even a few feet away (likely due to the metal construction of the cooler). I also love that the app gives you a chart of the temperature increase so that you can see how long the monitor has been above X degrees, even if you arent checking in continuously. This is important data when determining if the medicine can go back to refrigeration or if it should remain at room temperature.
I was able to put two hyrimoz (humira bio similar) into the cooler easily. It would be hard to fit a third in there. I have had a hard time finding any dedicated medicine cooler that can hold more than one hyrimoz pen so I am very happy that this comfortably holds two.
My next test will be keeping this set up in a hard sided cooler for car travel that may involve stops in sunny, warm locations where the cabin temperature may soar pretty high for bursts of time. I also love that the monitor is removeable and can be used in other set ups. I would also like to test the foam cooler set up that my medicine arrives in to see if that performs more consistently than this cooler in a hard sided cooler. I love the options that this product has given me.
At just under $60, I am thrilled with the value of this product. I have paid similar for coolers that only hold one hyrimoz and have no temperature monitoring. I highly recommend this product.

This cooler is large and metal so there isn’t any space saving with it when packing, so make sure this will work for you. I got this for upcoming trips for some meds I got that need to stay cool while I go long distances. So it’s a fabric bag with insulated lining, then the metal tube that holds the gel you freeze and put the meds inside. I haven’t tried the temp gage it came with yet but it looks really nice but small.

This isn’t the most streamlined insulin cooler but it is really nice. First, be sure to look at their chart on how many units will fit in based on brand. The large, hard ice pack fills up half of the canister so it doesn’t allow as many pens to fit in there.
The ice pack cools well after 6 hours in the freezer and lasts long enough to go all day in a safe temperature range. The metal cooler is one layer of insulation then there is the outer bag as well. So it does a good job of staying cool.
The outer bag is really nice and my favorite part of the look of this. Little pocket to store small stuff and shoulder strap and handle. Nice looking.
The temperature/humidity monitor is awesome. I put it on the counter next to a weather station to compare them and it is accurate and the same reading on both. It is a nice feature that gets even better because it also has Bluetooth so you can monitor it from your phone without opening the case to see the temp. You do need to have your phone right next to the case to read it because it is reading through metal – do not expect it to read across the room. Simple but huge benefit to have this Bluetooth feature. Smart.
Overall probably my favorite for looks and features. It is larger/heavier though with a smaller capacity than others.

IMPORTANT: I ordered the Prnaiev Medication Cooler for Travel to use with my EpiPens and temperature-sensitive allergy medications. I have the standard EpiPen and carry two at all times. I did not see EpiPens listed on the Product Page, so I wanted to try this for my needs and provide an honest review, answering questions I had prior to ordering.
This Medication Cooler DOES fit two EpiPens inside the metal cooler. However, they CANNOT fit simultaneously with the Cold Gel Bottle. Including the Cold Gel Bottle means that only one EpiPen will fit. My plan for travel in summer months is to have both EpiPens and a different ice pack in the metal cooler, if needed, along with the smart thermometer.
The thermos holder is well-made, sturdy, and attractive. An included strap allows you to carry it hands-free, or you can simply use the handle located at the top of the holder. The bottom of the thermos holder is reinforced amd heavy-duty. The front pocket is a handy place to store smaller items, like medication or an inhaler. The included Diabetic Alert charm can be easily removed from the thermos holder for individuals without diabetes, although it is a nice product for people using it for diabetic medications. A TSA CARES card with information is included, which can assist with travel (there’s space to write your condition as well as contact information for TSA CARES).
I was very happy with this product and wish that an anaphylaxis/allergy-specific one was available! If they made one for EpiPens or allergy medication (which does need to be kept temperature-stable in many cases), I would absolutely order it. In the meantime, this Medication Cooler is sufficient for my needs.

The main drawback of this cooler is that it’s larger and heavier than others I’ve seen, which might be an issue in terms of portability. But it seems to do what it needs to as a cooler and feels very durable. Everything else so far is working as expected, so this makes a decent insulin cooler. The Bluetooth temperature monitor is especially useful, as I don’t have to constantly check the cooler itself like with others. If size and weight aren’t a dealbreaker, this is a pretty good option
