The pill container itself is perfect for my needs but disappointingly, the cat pouch holder for the pill container has a broken zipper after using it once. I just place the container in it but that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

This little pill case with key purse is adorable. It is nicer in person than I expected. Would make a really cute gift idea.
The pill case is large enough to fit a reasonable amount of pills – how many depends on the size of the pills obviously. I would say to count on fitting 2 capsule sized pills per divided area (3 compartments). You just push the button and it opens easily. Closes easily and doesn’t “fall” open. It feels sturdy.
The Key purse is a great bonus. Personally I like it because the pill case fits into it perfectly and it keeps the case safe. It will not open by accident in the purse and you will not lose it and have to dig around the bottom of a bag to find it when you need your pills. There is a key ring so you can attach it right to the outside of a bag or on your actual keys, etc. Always easy to find. Great idea.
The only thing I wish it had was a little mirror on the inside of the pill case. It isn’t necessary but it would have been a nice touch.

I received the pill box in white and I love it! It comes inside a white simulated leather zip case with a keyring attached. The design on the front of the zip case is a heart made of pink florals.
It unzips easily and the inside of the zip case is padded white satin. Very classy looking! Inside the zip case is your pill box. It has a small push button on the front that releases the opening. Inside the pill box is divided in thirds. The inside sectioned area is white plastic.
One thing I noticed that I didn’t see mentioned in the description is that when you open the pill box, the inside of the lid is shiny and acts like a mirror. What a great benefit! Check your lipstick after taking your pills.
This is a definite two thumbs up from me! And the price is great too!
