I have been a chronic insomniac for over 40 years. I recently purchased Avinol PM and I do believe it has helped me to get a nights sleep. Usually I wake about after an hours sleep then toss and turn trying to get back to sleep. I started using Avinol PM in combination with my regular prescription sleeping pills. I will try cutting out the sleeping pills and just use the Avinol PM. I am desperate for a complete night’s sleep.
I have tried almost all of the over the counter sleeping meds as well as most of the prescription meds. None of these have had good results. I believe the Avinol is the most effective of all I have tried. I think it works for me as well as or better than anything else I have tried.

I use these drops rights before I want to go to sleep. I used to add them to a little bit of water in a glass, but now I just open my mouth and drop them in and follow up with a little water. They are fast acting and have no bitter taste.

I was actually surprised at how well this works. I don’t even think I used a full dropper and it made me tired within a half an hour and I slept all night. I’m very cautious about using anything night after night so I don’t know if you build up immunity and it doesn’t work as well but for right now if I need to get to sleep, it is my go to.
It’s a little bit pricey, but it tastes decent and very easy to use.

Been a loyal user of this product for over a year. Had mixed results. Ordered my sixth bottle however it was totally defective. The taste, smell and viscosity was demonstrably different than all previous bottles purchased. Afraid to use. Fearful that something was not right in the bottling or it was tampered. Amazon will not take a return on this product. Contacted the manufacturer and informed them of the issue. They refused to do anything about it because I purchased through Amazon. They would not stand behind their product even when I offered to return it so it could be analyzed by their lab. They simply were not interested in investigating. Do not purchase this product as you don’t know what you will get and there is no way to return it or get a refund.
