I had a complete knee replacement and I am 6 weeks out. My therapist has me doing sets of stretching exercises three times a day and I need to ice my knee afterwards to reduce the swelling. I have an ice machine that pumps cold water through a wrap. It works really well but I have to hook up a hose and it is a little inconvenient so I ordered this PhysioNatural ice wrap. It comes with a gel pack that can go in the microwave or freezer and a pouch to put it in to keep the gel pack off of your skin. I have only used it cold. It is fantastic. I leave it in the pouch and put it in the freezer with the net side up and it is ready to use in 2 hours just as advertised. It has two elastic straps to wrap it on your leg and they Velcro onto the wrap. the gel is soft and you can mold it to fit your leg or anywhere you want to use it. I use it for 20 minutes at a time about 3 or 4 times a day for and it is still very cold. If you put it right back in the freezer you could use it every 2 hours. This product works way better than I expected and is big enough to use on any part of your body I can’t say enough about this and I recommend it to anyone .

This was a great product for after my husbands shoulder surgery . It could conform to the shoulder area and stay in place with the straps . And it even came with an extender strap . I bought 2 of them so I could use one while the other gel pack was in the freezer . The gel packs even stayed cold longer then most . Great value for the price and it worked so well I would definitely recommend this

I have used this large ice pack & wrap for about a week now, primarily for my back. I’m very happy with the results! It is a great size to my lower back, shoulders and hip. Stays cold for a long time and fits easily in freezer. I have not tried as a heating wrap, as I have one that is very effective. I plan to order another wrap to leave at our condo. I would suggest this product to anyone who is looking for an advantage to soothe aches and pains and is easy to use. I am a little lost on how to utilize this for shoulder & hips? Straps on pouch are not easily figured out, that is the only issues I found. Great quality, sturdy and effective.

So far I have used this ice pack on my shoulder and lower leg. I am loving how long it stays cold, the size of it, and how it contours so easily to the body part being iced. I have only had it for a few days and it is my go to ice pack for my injuries.
Also, the cover that goes with the ice pack is so nice and soft. Much better quality than a few I have had. I am able to wrap my leg and have it stay in place and the added extension is a huge bonus. Plus, the seam where you put the ice pack in, is on the side, keeping the pack from falling out. You have no idea how many manufacturers do not do that.
The velcro is easy to pull off and put on while also being strong enough to stay in place while I walk or move.

Purchased the smaller one recently which I like very well, but this one…just ok. One of the 3 gel ‘chambers’ has very little in it compared to the other 2 (also compared to the smaller one I already own). The smaller one came with 2 freezer packs and based on the ‘pictures’ of this one, thought it too came with 2 freezer packs…it does not. Feel pictures of this one are very deceiving.

This product has been perfect for alleviating my back and hip pain. It is the perfect size and easy to put on. It stays secure so that I am able to move around and do other things well icing my back or hip. I have not used it for warmth so I cannot comment on that aspect but it stays flexible when cold and molds well to my body to hit the right spots that I need it to.

This is the first product I can ice my knee with and able to stand and walk around with. Great quality too and I think it will hold up with my frequent use. The ice pack itself is very large so I covers a large area. It is very flexible too unlike other stiff packs, this has sections/rows. This company also makes a great aromatherapy eye pillow that can be microwaved. It helps with sinus headaches.
