I have a couple of them, and when you flip open, the pill container a couple times most of them won’t close properly. This really has lasted I am quite happy with this one.

E’ un portapillole settimanale grande e articolato, composto da una scatola principale in plastica trasparente, dotata di chiusura a leva e persino di guarnizione perimetrale, all’interno della quale vi sono 7 parallelepipedi in plastica trasparente colorata, ciascuno dei quali possiede 4 scomparti con chiusura ad incastro.
Le misure della scatola principale sono circa 22.7 x 14.3 x 3.5 cm, i portapillole giornalieri misurano 11.8 x 3.1 x 3 cm, ogni singolo scomparto misura circa 3 x 3 x 3.1 cm.
Tutte le scritte sono in inglese e sarebbero in realtà impostate per l’utilizzo mensile in 4 settimane, quindi ogni singolo scomparto corrisponderebbe ad un giorno, senza orari differenziati, ma, utilizzando delle semplici etichette, noi lo abbiamo impostato come portapillole settimanale, utilizzando la striscia da 4 scomparti per uso giornaliero ed ogni singolo scomparto per utilizzo orario, il risultato è stato ottimo.
Solidità e qualità delle plastiche sono ottime, come anche la versatilità, infine il prezzo, appena 7 euro, è persino troppo conveniente, per me si sono sbagliati inserendo un prezzo troppo basso.

I have had Terrible luck with other med organizers, which would pop open on their own, spill and dump everywhere if accidentally dropped – even from short distances/heights. Medicine was lost, mixed – a nightmare.
This organizer IS the solution. Tightly snaps and stays shut. Excellent quality, ingenious rubber “opener spring” tab. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with this product. It’s strong and made very well. The base holds both day and night organizers securely, but can be separated easily if needed. This is NOT run of the mill junk I’ve seen with nearly every other organizer.

This product is similar to others of similar design and appearance except for two aspects. For me the individual compartments are too small. I take 8 pills in the morning and 11 in the evening. Most of them are supplements and slightly larger than prescription pills. Unless I arrange them to carefully I have a little trouble getting the compartment lid securely closed. The lids to the individual compartments have a short piece of rubber under the hinged area acting as a spring. If the lid was tight when closed it is hard to get the lid open. Except for these two problems it is of good quality.

Pretty sturdy. The colors and labeling are very odd. Very difficult to follow unless you make sure to look really hard. Pretty easy to open unless you have some dexterity or strength problems with your hands or fingers. Only thing to improve on in my opinion is the labeling/coloring and possible the ability to fill it from the bottom. Pretty happy with it overall.

Don’t know why it has taken so long to buy on of these. Bought the junk pill boxes from Walgreens and CVS. They weren’t big enough, would spill pills everywhere, etc. Highly recommend this product if you take lots of prescriptions and supplements. Secure closure, huge storage and easy to use.

Die 28-Tage-Pillendose von Medcosa wird in einer flachen Pappschachtel geliefert. In der großen Dose befinden sich die 7 kleineren Einsätze für die Wochentage (Sonntag-Samstag) mit jeweils 4 Fächern für die Wochen. Somit hat man insgesamt 28 einzelne Fächer zur Verfügung.
Die Box hat die Maße 230mm x 145mm x 37,5mm und verfügt über einen sichern Verschlussmechanismus.
Das Innenmaß pro Fach (Tag) beträgt 22,7mm x 27,4mm mit einer Tiefe von 24,0mm. Es passen also einige Tabletten in jedes Fach. Der Verschluss hier ist ebenfalls sehr robust.
Jedes Fach ist deutlich mit dem Wochentag sowie der Wochenzahl in englischer Sprache gekennzeichnet.
TIPP:
Wen die englische Beschriftung stört, kann die einzelnen Fächer aber auch mit einem Aufkleber anders kennzeichnen. Für mich ist die englische Bezeichnung aber ok.
Fazit:
Schöne, praktische und robuste Pillendose für 4 Wochen, mit der ich komplett zufrieden bin und vergebe daher alle Sterne.

Great medication case. The lock on it so none of the mess will fall out. I even dropped the case and it didn’t open up.
