I received this product free of charge to share my product experiences with Amazon customers to help them make informed buying decisions. This is an honest review from a real person. I didn’t pay for the item, so I will only comment on the apparent quality and utility, not on the value. Prices fluctuate regularly and I always recommend shopping around and comparing what’s available to get your best deal on the date you decide to buy.
It’s all about the cream. There’s a lot to be said about 5% lidocaine topical. Can’t really say much about the supplements because when I was looking into the ingredients that are contained in them I decided that it would be better to pass and not put these in my body. But the topical lidocaine cream works really well and not just for hemorrhoids so in the end I’m OK with it.

I’m sure everybody gets hemorrhoids at some time in their life. Using store-bought creams can work for mild cases, but may not be enough to correct the issue for everybody. If you get occasional flare-ups of hemorrhoids this kit is something I would recommend because there are more to the ingredients to try to tackle your issue. The best part of this kit is it comes with a 5% lidocaine cream which takes away the pain or numbs the area that is inflamed. There is also tablets geared towards reducing the swelling and irritation. The kit comes with 120 day satisfaction assurance. Also the ingredients are natural and they are made in the USA. Everything came sealed and a nice container box to keep all three ingredients together. The Box that it comes in even has extra room if you decided you wanted to store some extra items.

If you’ve tried lidocaine before you know it can provide the much-desired relief you are looking for when you suffer because of hemorrhoids. 5% is the highest strength available and I have used it before. The price is reasonable as this is what you’d normally pay for a 1 oz tube of hemorrhoid cream with lidocaine, however, the popular name-brand product found in stores has some additional ingredients that might help. Well, this did provide the results that were expected, so I guess in the end that’s all that matters.
I don’t usually take supplements from brands I don’t know, so I am not sure whether to take these or not. I researched the ingredients and most of them are known to help with hemorrhoids. The fact that they contain witch hazel powder, though, is a bit puzzling, as that is a plant always used topically. We also don’t know how much witch hazel they contain and that is a plant that is problematic if you’re already in blood-clotting medicine.

Picked this up to deal with some flare-ups and it sounded promising with the lidocaine coupled with the herbal pills. It’s a straightforward cream, goes on smooth and the numbing kicks in quick. It takes the edge off fast which is a relief. Been using it a couple weeks and it’s good for short term comfort, cuts the itch and burn decently. Lidocaine’s strong but wears off after a few hours so I’m reapplying more than I’d like. Also doesn’t shrink anything, It helps the pain but that’s about it. I think the pills will take a bit more time to know if they’re actually doing anything. For the price it’s fine, gets you through the rough spots, just don’t expect it to fix the root issue.

The cream is on the thin side, more akin to a gel. It does provide immediate relief.
The ingredients in the supplements may aid in alleviating symptoms and decreasing swelling, I believe mainly due to the diosmin in the Hemo-Rid Ultra and the hesperidin in the Max. I wish it was just these two ingredients in one supplement; I could do without all that other stuff that’s in the Max formula. I did take them and I do think that they helped with my symptoms, though I can’t say for certain. I stopped taking them once symptoms subsided.
Be cautious if you have high blood pressure because some of the ingredients in Hemo-RidMax may raise blood pressure. I’m personally not a fan of the witch hazel powder. I’m not sure why it’s even added as it has no benefit for hemorrhoids when ingested.
All three items had a safety seal that was intact. The cap on the cream is childproof. The supplements have an expiration date of June 2026 and the cream is November 2025.
