This Portable Stackable Pill Organizer comes with 6 small colored compartments, 2 small white ones, one large white compartment, and three lids. Each of the white compartments has a magnet on it which allows them to be attached to a metal surface such as a refrigerator. However, the magnets aren’t all that strong.
I stacked the 6 small compartments on the large white compartment and stuck it to the side of my freezer. It stayed, but was easily pulled off which means it wouldn’t stay on if I had added pills or something to them. It also stuck out so far that I was concerned the stack would easily be knocked off the freezer.
The colored compartments were also difficult to get lined up correctly in order to turn them to close them. They would be even more difficult for someone who had hand mobility issues.
I think this is an interesting idea but it would be nice to have a magnetic lid for each compartment so they can be attached to metal as singles instead of a stack.
They are a nice size for the gems used for diamond painting which is what I will be using them for.

I like the idea here. I’ve used countless pill containers and organizers, so I know that a novel approach is both welcome and difficult to achieve due to the sheer quantity and variety of existing options. Kudos to the manufacturer and designer for the idea of incorporating magnets.
That said, the product still needs some refinement before that good idea is useful in practice, at least in my opinion. There are several shortcomings here:
(1) The containers are quite small. Anything other than a few tiny pills will not work with this product. And in my experience, the majority of people who rely on pill organizers have multiple medications of varying size.
(2) I don’t understand why the compartments do not each have their own lid. Even three compartments attached horizontally by magnets, whether to a refrigerator or some other vertical surface, inevitably will stick out too far and lead to someone bumping into them. The risk of pills spilling out and creating potential hazards for children and pets in particular is not worth the novelty or convenience of the magnet concept.
(3) Related to the above points, simple physics mean that each stack will be incrementally heavier when it is longer. Three or more compartments filled with pills—even tiny pills—begin to make the magnets adhere unreliably to a surface. If the lid design requires multiple compartments to be attached, then the magnets need to be stronger to support the added weight. Here, they are not.
(4) I did not want to test this thought, for obvious reasons, but the design also has potential implications for ease of travel. The need for stronger magnets, assuming they are incorporated in a redesign, would raise concern about tossing this item into a purse or bag with items such as credit cards and hotel keycards that can be erased or corrupted when exposed to magnets. Again, the best solution would seem to be more lids—and, although that would mean more magnets, they could be weaker.

Traveling several times a year to volleyball tournaments requires me to have my medicine in order to make sure that nothing is forgotten or missed. That pills organizer provides convenience and flexibility in storing/organizing my pills not only when I’m camping or traveling, but also at home.

I use these daily. Make sure the caps are tight or they will come loose easily, other than that I love them esp the colors & the bigger container. I use the bigger containers for other things besides scripts lol! Ty!

I like this product a lot! Actually, I am going to buy a couple more sets of this product to cover all my pill regimen via magnetic calendar and also use it during my often travel trips. This pill organizer is unique in terms of multiple useful features all in one, such as 7 day stackable compartments, a larger vial with a lid for oversized pills, small separate container with a lid for pockets using, and the most unique feature – it’s attachable to any magnetic surface. It’s very convenient to have it on my magnetic calendar to show me when to take my medication. The individual containers are all slim, they fit really nicely on the go while still fitting a large amount of pills. Also, I like that it’s made from a quality medical grade plastic. The previous stackable pill organizer of this type from different manufacturer I had, got cracked and broken very quickly. However, I think there is a little drawback related to this material, when I have screwed together small individual compartments for the first time, this wasn’t very smoothly, but after a few times of screwing the closure works smoothly, and is tight and secure.

This portable stackable magnetic pill organizer is excellent! It’s great for traveling and for daily use at home. I like the fact that it has a little and large container for midday pills when you don’t want to take the whole stack. Each small compartment of this pill organizer can store up to 6 pills (personal experience). And it’s very convenient to have it on my magnetic calendar to show me when to take my medication. Also, I often attach a small and large container to the refrigerator or microwave, making sure I never miss my supplements during breakfast and dinner. I advise using a large container which has a bigger embedded magnet as a dispenser which is stacked with smaller containers as shown on the photo. Overall great and pretty unique design. You can attach it to a fridge, calendar, or any magnetic surface!
