I ordered the Cosette cold sore/fever blister cream for cold sores on my lips, but also for my fingers. I have one finger that breaks out in blisters whenever I am stressed. My doctor told me to use Abreva on the blister, and it worked great to stop the pain and itching. This cream has the same ingredients as Abreva, so it should help with the blisters on my finger when they pop out. I haven’t tried it yet, as I don’t have any blisters right now. My only complaint about this fever blister cream was the expiration date”. Each box has an expiration date of December 2025. There is no way I will use all four boxes of the cream by the end of the year.

I routinely use docosanol cream for fever blisters, but previously I’ve only used the kind that comes in a tube. For me, the pump bottle works well. When I use the tube, I have to touch the tip to get the cream off. With this pump, I don’t have to touch the nozzle to get to the cream. Touching the nozzle runs the risk of contaminating the rest of the cream in the container. The price is much more affordable than the name brand product, though there are other generic products with similar or cheaper prices. I do appreciate that the cosette docosanol cream is affordable because with expensive products I tend to skimp or hate myself if I pressed the tube too hard and too much came out. This docosanol cream is working well for me. Note that the expiry date of my shipment is the end of 2025.

This cold sore medicine works pretty well just like the more expensive brands. I’m quite impressed. I would definitely use this again and would recommend it. It is easy to apply and does not have a bad smell.

THis comes in a 4 pack, which unless you are going through A LOT of cold sore medicine seems like you are buying to give one to a specific family member to avoid cross contamination. Product comes out of pump so you don’t have to touch your lip with an applicator so I like that to avoid cross contamination.

4 bottles are provided with purchase. I love the products too which allows you to apply without touching it. This worked well to stop the onset of an outbreak for me, as soon as I felt my lip tingling I put some of this on and it stopped it’s progression.

This is a great multipack to get, especially if you work outside the house, or have kids in public school. Cold sores and such happen, and it’s nice to be prepared. Only one has been in use at this time, from my kid, and it works as described.

If you don’t have fever blisters you are very lucky. Those of us that are prone to have fever blisters are always looking for a way to cure them right away because of the pain they cause.
Imagine waking up with a hot achy burning feeling on your lip. You can actually feel it pounding. And you can feel it grow. These things really hurt. And they can look nasty. I know. And I want something that is going to give me relief as soon as possible.
I could feel relief with this product sooner than other products I have tried in the past. At least the beginning feelings that I usually get weren’t so bad, and the pounding feeling that I usually get were more moderate this time.
But what I love best, was that my fever blister seemed to heal in record time and I didn’t get that ugly looking blistery look like I always get. If you get these,you know the one, where it starts to dry up and you don’t even want to go out in public.
This is a product that I am going to support. Some people may think that $39.95 is expensive for 4 – 0.07oz Pump Bottles of this stuff, but please go price some of the other fever blister remedies. You will find that this is not expensive at all.
I would purchase this again, and I would recommend this to my family and friends.

This is really great cold sore treatment. I love that it has a spray bottle so you don’t have to apply with your fingers. This is a four bottle set so it will last for some time.
