It’s small but, the salve goes a long way, especially if used sparingly. For the past two years, I’ve been dealing with a small patch of dry skin behind my right ear. This has been working wonders on it. I am on my second week and my skin already feels better. Less itchy and less dry. I have tried 5 other products before this one and, none have come close in results. I am happy with my experience and will continue with use.

This is a very nicely made soothing salve that contains wild harvested herbs that have been mixed with sunflower seed oil, beeswax, mango seed butter and Vitamin E. I love the native connection to the land and the traditions that are practiced in the harvesting of plants and in the making of the salve. It does indeed calm the skin and is useful for many topical applications. This is a small tin, a little less than half an ounce but only a little is needed as the salve melts readily into the skin.

This is a very very small jar. Like quarter size and about 1/2 inch tall. The salve does seem to relieve itchy spots that I’ve been struggling with. Not heavily scented and i have to really smell it up close to even get a small scent.

Suuuuper tiny container, but I like how the product works. I don’t know if I would pay $15 for it, though. FYI: my hands are an XS in medical gloves. Size 6 sterile medical gloves (AKA very small).

I ordered the Kiyani Calming Salve – Made with Wild Foraged Herbs from The Navajo Nation. The product came boxed with a foil seal under the tins screw top lid as tamper proofing. I see no expiration date on the package or product. The salve is clear, thick and there was no appreciable smell. Becuase this is a thick salve, a little goes a long way. I rubbed a tiny amount in and it left a visible sheen. This area was somewhat water resistant after. After use I felt smooth and moisturized. I am not currently flaring so I cant test that aspect for hopefully a long time.

I was so happy to find Kiyani Calming Salve on Amazon. I previously purchased it on TikTok, but Amazon is convenient for me. I have problems with psoriasis breakouts behind my ears, and this salve is very soothing. It also helps with the dryness I get around my lower legs from winter socks. I even use it on my cuticles! The Kiyani Calming Salve has a light and refreshing fragrance that is important to me. Overall, this product makes me very happy.

This salve is really nice. It’s very soothing and gentle on irritated skin. It absorbs well without feeling too greasy, and the herbal scent is subtle but pleasant. I’ve used it on areas where skin is angrily touching skin, and it does seem to calm things down pretty quickly. Just a heads-up – the tin is pretty small. A little goes a long way, but if you’re using it regularly, you might go through it faster than expected. Still, the quality is great, and I love that it’s made with wild-foraged herbs.
