I will provide any known benefits and side-effects I experience from each supplement I take personally; however, effects are often unapparent for many months – if at all. For this reason, I choose to place more emphasis on product safety in my reviews and will point out weaknesses.
My ancestors were slaves in the lowcountry barrier islands on my mother’s side and Native Americans from the Great Smoky Mountains of NC on my father’s. Herbal remedies have been a part of my heritage for centuries. I was treated with herbs since birth, grow many of my own, and they have been a part of my life for over 60 years. I have successfully treated numerous friends and family members in our coastal community.
Now finally, many previously unavailable herbal remedies are on the market. This is a mixed blessing, because the industry is largely unregulated. I hope that I may better assist Amazon buyers by publishing my reviews in this manner.

I’ve reviewed a fair number of these at this point, and these are probably some of the most expensive so far…and they don’t really warrant the increased price.
The Good:
* They aren’t too sweet
* The gummies are a little firmer than some other brands, which I actually prefer from a chewing standpoint
* I’m in the maintenance phase, so 4 gummies per day will last me a full month
* They are sugar free
The Meh:
* The flavor is more “Strawberry Adjacent”. Where I am, it’s been strawberry season for several weeks and while I don’t expect a gummy to taste exactly like the real thing…this is obviously artificially flavored.
* This drives the following “Bad” issue, but you need to take 4 gummies to get 5000mg, which drives the cost up per serving
The Bad:
* These are 15-50% more expensive than alternatives, and there’s really nothing about these that justifies that dramatic of an increase in price
The Verdict:
I have to assume that these will work as well as any others I’ve purchased, and I’m pretty convinced these come from the same factory as other’s I’ve gotten, used and reviewed. The label is almost identical with the exception of the brand name and the picture of the fruit flavor. The ingredients are the same, the shape is the same, the bottle is the same (down to the numbers on the bottom), the nutrition information is identical…so I’m sure they all come from the same place. Which means there is zero reason for these to be any more expensive than the others you can find on Amazon ($29.99 at time of review).
Due to cost and not loving the flavor, I probably won’t purchase these again when the time comes. They aren’t bad, just overpriced.

I have tried a couple other creatine gummy brands and found this one to be my favorite for effectiveness most creatine, taste, gumminess and the price. This is the one I now reorder.

Ordered these to stop drinking the creatine because I was constantly having to pause my workout for a potty break lol. Been taking them consistently and have noticed a big difference. Wish they tasted better its like chewing on a piece of no flavor gelatine

Eu experimentei algumas marcas diferentes de gomas de creatina e essas são, de longe, as que têm o pior sabor. Elas têm um gosto parecido com massa de modelar. Não é tão ruim a ponto de eu não conseguir consumi-las, mas é definitivamente perceptível. Eu gosto que essas gomas não são apenas creatina e também têm alguns aminoácidos. Mas eu realmente gostaria que tivessem um sabor melhor. Se eu tivesse que escolher entre comer essas gomas ou apenas misturar um pó, eu escolheria o pó todos os dias.
