This is a nice cleanser with a pleasant scent. It seems to cleanse, soothe, and soften as described.

This was originally listed at a very high price and adjusted to match the price of their other cleansers. At $31 this is certainly pricy, but not crazily so. I really enjoy this cleanser. I don’t typically enjoy cleansers that claim to be hydrating as they usually have a lotion-y feel to them that I don’t feel like cleanses my face. This has a very different feel to it. It feels like it really cleanses but it’s not stripping the oils out of my skin and leaving it with that tight feeling. You really only need a pea-sized amount or less. A little goes a LONG way because how much it lathers and foams up. It’s a good bit perfumed, but I can justify it since I’m washing it off my face and not leaving it on. My skin has been looking better since I started using it. I use it when double cleansing at night with a cleansing oil before, and I use it on its own in the morning.

The product is fake please don’t buy it! Completely different texture and smell to the real one.

I have sensitive skin and don’t wear makeup or wash my face much. I hardly ever get breakouts so I don’t feel the need to use anything other than water and a microfiber cloth, as any harsh cleaners seem to throw off the pH of my skin.
However I was pleasantly surprised by this gentle cleanser! I’ve been using it once a week and have not experienced any breakouts. My skin feels so much cleaner before I apply moisturizer now!

This Clarins facial cleanser works great! It’s rich & cleansed my face well but didn’t leave it feeling dry. It didn’t foam up very much but it was still easy to lather up. A little goes a long way-the amount I squeezed onto my finger in the 3rd picture was actually a little much for washing my face & neck, so I squeeze out a smaller amount now. It has a very pleasant smell, but it is pretty strong for those people who have sensitive skin or are sensitive to smells. The pop top lid makes it easy to use.

I’m really enjoying the Clarins Foaming Face Cleanser. It’s a cleansing cream that works well for my dry skin. This foaming cleanser leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft after washing, without any dryness, which I love.

This is a fake product. I knew as soon as I used it, as I have used this product for years.

I’ve been using the Clarins Hydrating Gentle Foaming Cleanser for over 2 years now. I LOVED it for taking off my makeup and cleansing my skin- until this new formula.
My first bottle of this “new” formula caused a severe dry skin allergic reaction. There is an extremely fragrant, perfumed scent to the new formula, which the previous formula did not have. The consistency also changed to be more liquid. I broke out into a dry rash after only using this twice – with my skin burning from irritation.
Be careful with this cleanser – especially if you are sensitive to perfumes!!
I’m so sad as I love the Clarins brand and loved this product – BUT why do they have to change formulas?? Now I have to find a new cleanser to replace this staple.

This foaming cleanser leaves my face feeling clean, refreshed and hydrated. A very small amount – slightly less than the size of a pea – produces enough lather for each use. I didn’t notice a strong scent as others have mentioned.

I recently tried the Clarins Hydrating Gentle Foaming Face Cleanser, and overall, I’m quite pleased with it! A little product goes a long way; it creates a nice, rich lather that leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. The addition of aloe vera is a great touch, boosting hydration without feeling heavy.
My only real concern is the fragrance—it’s a bit stronger than I expected, which may not be to everyone’s liking. While it doesn’t irritate my skin, I can see how some might find it overpowering. Additionally, I felt that it could offer a slightly deeper cleanse, especially after a long day. However, as a gentle cleanser, it definitely lives up to its promise and is perfect for my normal to dry skin.
Overall, it’s a lovely product that I’ll continue using, but I might explore other options in the future.
