I have purchased this 2 times because I will say it works but I have a weird type of weeping eczema and was hoping for a product to ease the itching and the bums (that’s common for my eczema) and I have had SUPER dry lips, it works for a short period of time to keep it moisturized but long periods and over night they get dry and flaky- and didn’t do much for the itchy bumps. To be fair, not a lot of products have helped, and this certainly hasn’t made anything worse, so really only buy it if your looking for a good moisturizer

I have tried so many different brands, ingredients, etc. and this stuff really works for me. It lasts about two hours without having to reapply and when it does wear off my lips are 85% better than before I used this stuff. It may not work for everyone bc the others I tried had very good reviews. Try it, I hope it works as well for you.

I wish I had taken a before picture to show what my face actually looked like, but I suppose you’ll just have to take my word for it. I have red, dry patches from my eyebrows, sides of my nose, and in my mustache. I used this consistently and saw an improvement literally over night. Within a few days, my skin looks like it was never red or flakey. But don’t stop using it right when everything seems fine. Lighter applications will do after you see improvements.

Sadly this hasn’t healed my eczema, but the eczema gets bad on my lips and this is one of two lip balms that I know will moisturize while using my medication. As far as I can tell, the difference between this one and other similar lip balms is the inclusion of the mongongo oil; it seems to penetrate the scaly, dry layer of skin and helps it feel soothed, moisturized, and normal. It doesn’t sit on the lips but comfortably absorbs and protects. I would buy this again.

I kept thinking that I was having cold sores breaking out, when I finally realized they were too small and healed overnight and popped up on other spots of my lips the next day or two. I realized I had a skin condition causing me rashes and abrasions on my lips. Eos wasn’t helping. Vasciline was worse. Blistex was ok, but tasted bad. Then I found “The Ocean Healed My Eczema” chapstick. I keep it by my side and it’s been a trusty friend for sure. My lips take a lot longer without it to breakout in redness and dryness. I thought the price was definitely a gamble from all the stuff I’ve already spent money on that failed, but it was worth every penny.
I hope I can always have access to The Ocean Healed My Eczema.
