So I’m not sure how much this actually helps with swelling, I think a cool foot soak or compression socks might do the trick better BUT-this is a super quick and convenient way to get a little relief! I spray this all over my legs, ankles and feet when they are swollen or just when I’ve had a long day of standing. It fees sooo nice and cooling especially in the hot weather! It also definitely helps moisturize the legs/feet when you aren’t able to bend over with actual lotion. Just bought my second bottle and I love!

In Arizona it has been hot all summer, and biker shorts and dresses are comfortable and bump friendly! This has been such a game changer since gaining a little weight and has stopped chafing all day!

I ordered this product a month before I needed it, so naturally I put it in my closet for the few weeks before using it.
When I just went to get it out to use it, both seals had been broken on it, and the product itself is hard as a rock and completely dried up. It appears that someone had already tried using it! Not sure if it was a returned item that was resold or what, but I am absolutely disgusted. Also, there is only a 30-day return window, so make sure to check yours as SOON as you receive it!!!

So I will preface this with I was a rather sweaty person pre-pregnancy, but being in my third trimester during summer has been a gross struggle. It smells great, but I find it doesn’t last long enough for me. I sweat through it within 4-6hrs. It also leaves a white residue on some clothes if you just swipe it on, but I just take the extra time to rub it into my skin. It does work to help with chafing, so I would say it helps with the discomfort, but it needs to be reapplied often if you are extra sweaty in hot weather. It would get 5 stars if it I didn’t sweat through it so quickly.
