Came in box ,then wrapped in bubble wrap, then the actual product box had the bottom open, the top flap torn off, and the box crushed. Tube of product looked okay. At use today, to seemed to take a long time to squeeze out product. Wait, the bottom of tube was not sealed and I had a handful of product between fingers. Scraped it off and put in an empty container. Not what I expected. Certainly will not order this item again. Tried to squeeze more product out the open bottom in order to save it, but was unsuccessful. Guess it just dries up in compromised tube. DO BETTER!

My upper eyelids were drooping but after using this, the drooping isn’t very noticeable. It does not irritate my sensitive eye area.

The product is great but it came without one outer cap on and the other was missing. The. The box with the eye cream was kind of smashed and both ends of the box open. The inside tube of cream seems fine.
