I’ve never been 69 yrs old before, so I don’t know how exactly I am supposed to feel, but I think there are fewer aches and squeaks than there would be without it. I did experience a terrible case of GI upset after about a week, but that could have just been a bug I encountered that had nothing to do with the Triflex.

The bottle was still sealed and the pills looked OK, but the packaging was awful and I really hesitated to take the pills because the container was DISGUSTING, looked like it had rolled down a muddy hill, so I was afraid to take something that looked that old, but I checked the expiration date and the pills and they were just fine. It would really help the business if they kept their containers looking “reliable”.

I had an ankle injury two years ago training for a triathlon. I tried several supplements and found this to be superior. I am pain free now for over two weeks!! I’m going to have to give TriFlex FIVE STARS because I was afraid that I was MINIMALLY going to have to
go to rehab and take care of my knee which was acting up painfully. It was getting weak enough that
I couldn’t support myself on it, and I never knew when it was going to give out.
Literally, since about 3 days after starting on the Glucosamine, I have had virtually no issues at all.

This the best deal I could find in the market. Although bought for a friend who is an MD in Turkey and recommend it for his aging mom,

I take these and I have no knee problems. I do triathlons so I train a lot and I don’t have joint problems. I didn’t have any issues before I began using this product – I started taking them as a prophylactic since I was running lots of miles during training – and I wondered if maybe I was doing okay without them. Well I ran out of them one time and it took me a week and a half to get another bottle. In the mean time I developed knee soreness. I started taking it again and after a few days my knees were good as new so I’m sold that the Triflex works.

This was one of the few glucosamine supplements that I could find that didn’t contain shellfish, which I have a mild allergy to. It’s been great so far. Glucosamine takes a while to be effective so you’ll need to use at least a bottle before you know if it’s working

I don’t do “reviews”, as in the past this web site has not accepted my reviews as not quite what it wanted. It seems it wants a small book on the product and that’s hard to do when Amazon has no connection to GNC and it’s a simple matter of taking the capluts and they do what they’re supposed to do and that is to minimize or eliminate joint pain.
