If you’ve read any of my supplement reviews, you will know what I’m going to say next. How does one actually rate something like a supplement? I’m not a medical doctor or nutritionist nor do I have a scientific way to measure their effectiveness. Just what criteria does one use in this situation? I recently had some medically ordered lab work done. It found that I had some vitamin deficiencies. So, I’m going to use the following criteria to review this and other supplements: covers the items that a lab has said I’m deficient in, easy to use/swallow, any perceived side effects/benefits and of course, cost.
This supplement covered an item that several sources said would be a benefit to me and only requires one small, easy to swallow pill per day. The bottle has no child proof cap making it easy to open for anyone. I haven’t noticed any benefit yet nor did I really expect to but I also haven’t had any negative side effects. A 2 month supply for under 17 bucks isn’t really that bad either.

There is a wrong description ! This product is the reduced gluthatione! NOT the liposomal gluthatione which has higher absorption from the body and hence has better effects. I would not buy it again as this is purely rip off

I have been faithfully taking L-Glutathione because it has proven to be beneficial for my skin and more. Initially, I was skeptical about trying this particular brand for two reasons: first, I had never heard of it before and had no prior experience with its products, and second, the price was significantly lower than the ones I had been using. However, after thoroughly reviewing its storefront and reading thousands of positive reviews on its various supplements, I decided to give it a try.
While I cannot confidently say that the quality of L-Glutathione from this brand is superior to others, I did not experience any negative effects or drawbacks from switching from my regular L-Glutathione brand which costs 2-3 times more to this one. It is important to note that the effectiveness of supplements can vary from person to person, but if you haven’t tried L-Glutathione before, I highly recommend giving it a chance as it has truly transformed my skin and more. This particular brand provides a great opportunity to try a quality L-Glutathione supplement without having to spend a significant amount of money.
I do intend to include photos in my review once it’s published, but I’ve learned that adding photos upfront can significantly delay the posting process.

Those of us who take glutathione to boost our antioxidants know that 1) glutathione has to be prepared in a certain way in order to get absorbed (hence the “reduced”) and 2) it’s really expensive (not everyone benefits from the cheap precursor of NAC).
This one is quite well priced and contains a high level of glutathione (500 mg when other brands are 100 or 400). The real question is, does it work as well as the pricier brands. And so far I think it works pretty well. It’s hard to tell how it compares but I feel a bit of a boost on days I take it. At least I’m not getting any negative effects.
At this price point, I think it’s worth a try to see if it can replace or reduce the amount you need from more expensive brands.

I did my own research on these supplements when my dad asked me to order them for him (directed by his physician). I read that they’re supposed to whiten and brighten your skin. I have these freckles on my face and was hoping these would clear it up. Unfortunately, they were just too strong for me. I took one in the morning and by the afternoon, I would feel so drained. — I did a bit more research and found that if our bodies make glutathione in good working order, our liver would work overtime if we took an additional high dosage of it, which results to feeling fatigue and exhaustion. I decided to stop taking it, and I’m back to feeling like myself again. I’m 44 years old, and quite healthy, on no medications. This just wasn’t for me.
