This has WAY too much sucralose which is 600 times sweeter than sugar! It is NASTY sweet, sickening. These guys are clueless on how much sucralose they should be using. The powder clumps and starts to solidify quickly. The packet to keep it dry is worthless. It does not mix well. You think it does when you stir and stir into water but there are always grains left at the bottom no matter how much you stir and wait. I don’t know if this is crap or valuable ingredients but you won’t get the benefit of it or detriment of it unless you are intentional eve though the amount is small. 6,000mg of Citrulline is very high. This ingredient basically converts to L-Arginine which is a precursor to nitric oxide which dilates blood vessels to get blood flow to the muscles. Taking 2-3 grams of Now’s L-Arginine per day is probably much healthier. Also, is the amount of caffeine which is HIGH. ANY supplement will get you amped if it has this much caffeine. Not healthy, not good, and also counteracts the other ingredients by constricting the blood vessels. And, you WILL crash at noon if you work out in morning and take this ridiculous dose of two scoops. The tingling feeling you get is unique and not sure what that is all about, but probably from the high dose of 6,000mg of Citrulline. Finally, the price is ridiculous at $45 for 20 servings? Is it laced with gold? This is the largest gap between a single purchase and subscription I have ever seen ($38.22 under subscription vs. $44.97 single purchase). Who picked these prime numbers and why do they penalize you so harshly if you don’t subscribe. Last, the tropical candy tastes like….not candy. Horrific. I already told you how sweet this is with all that sucralose (600 times sweeter than sugar). The tropical candy magnifies the torture. The “strawberry lemonade” which does not taste like the name is the most bearable although 1,000 times too sicky sweet. Honestly, I’d pass on this. Way too many problems, unhealthy amount of caffeine (tachycardia and you’ll crash later)and way too much Citrulline (6,000mg), tastes like sicky sweet toxic waste and they’re screwing you on the price. They owner is posing with an angry look on his face and there is an attractive woman with a boob job in their ad. Take care of your body and don’t abuse it with this nasty stuff.

As a few of the usual suspects in terms of ingredients, but they are in good dosages, and work very well. The Rhodiola and the L-dopa are unique though. Seems the L-dopa keeps me “happier“, while training…… I don’t fantasize about throat punching people leaving tripods in my path to forever document douchebaggery, nearly as badly. I’ve recommended this product highly to all of my clients.

This product really gets me in the mood to go hard. If you’re having issues with motivation to workout this will trigger you to get to it. The ingredients are simple, clinically dosed and highly effective. The caffeine for two scoops is too much for me, so 1 scoop is enough. I will order again, probably try the version without caffeine so I can auto regulate my intake. Flavor is good, I can knock this back with no funny faces. *****

I liked this for the fact that my boyfriend can ACTUALLY tolerate this product. I’m used to preworkouts and how different things can make you feel and I thought I would just accept an upset stomach before a lift.
This definitely feels “clean” per se. My bf and I DIDN’T feel like crap after taking like other preworkouts and it is an even up and down, no crashing. Super functional.
I like it and I’m switched over now! Really enjoyed the tropical candy flavor, it’s really good.
Pros:
– no upset stomach
– ‘clean’ feel
– effective every day
– no jitters
– everything you need in a preworkout
Cons:
– I had to throw away all my other preworkouts lol

The first time I purchased the Pre Workout was about a year ago. Upon the first few uses of it, I felt an intense full body tingle/ itch. It was something I never experienced with any other pre. The first time it happened, I was on my way to the gym and pulled off the road into a parking lot to asses what was going on. My feet were tingling, my legs were tingling, my back and chest were tingling. I thought it was some kind of medical emergency. I sat there and Googled the symptoms. I read it probably had to do with one of the ingredients in the mix. Apparently, it wasn’t anything to be alarmed about and that with use, it should stop. However, after using the entire jar, it never stopped. The tingles were hardly noticeable if I used about 2/3 of a scoop, but 2/3 of a scoop didn’t support the focus and energy I wanted from the product. Additionally, over the time it took me to finish the jar, the powder clumped up into a big sticky ball. I had to chisel away at the ball and use a stick blender to break it up in water. It was a hassle. I stored the jar in my pantry, which is dark, dry and room temperature. Once the clump was about the size of a golf ball, I put it into a pitcher and filled it with hot water. I then blended it and kept it in the concentrate in the fridge. I would pour some out and dilute it with water before a workout. I would still get the tingles every time. Because I like Layne, I decided to give Pre Workout another shot. I figured I might have gotten a bad batch. So, about a year later I bought a different flavor. I’ve had the jar for about 2 months and it’s already clumping quite badly. And I still get the tingles. Unless you don’t mind your pre workout clumping and feeling full body itch/tingles before a workout, I just can’t recommend this product. After over a year of use and going through about 1 and 1/3 jars, it just doesn’t do anything special for me.

Good flavor and stimulates you to work hard at the gym without the tingly skin feeling that others produce around my neck and face-
