I’m lucky I found you after trying a brand that made me ill. THIS product makes me want to drink my water! It tastes like a really tangy lemonade. Even when I’m really thirsty, I’ve never had the urge to pick up my prepared glasses of water because, well, it’s boring, and the more water I drink the more I simply pee it out. An annoyance, an inconvenience and not even necessarily the answer to my driving thirst (no diabetes, etc.)
Sacred Eats Essential Electrolytes is all that I can ask for — I’m thirsty and I drink my 32 ounces of your electrolyte water all day: 3 of them! and it’s no problem. How can someone drink that much I always wondered. Well, try putting a scoop into 32 ounces of water, give it a shake, and hydrate all day long. Quench your thirst. What a blessing. It’s ingredients are pure and unadulterated and since I happen to use the Natural Raspberry Lemon flavor, it’s like drinking lemonade without the sugar. I’ve been using Monk Fruit drops for years in all of my cooking when a sweetener is called for. It WON’T MAKE YOU SICK, like so many other products’ sweeteners.

It’s not possible for me to rate the efficacy, quality, or results of using this product. I opened the package, took out the product, immediately and eagerly made a batch…32 oz water, 1 scoop Sacred Eats Electrolyte powder. I thought I’d start slowly and use 1 scoop and work my way up to 3. Expecting a tart (lemon/raspberry) flavor, I enthusiastically took my first sip. OMG! Salt was so overpowering that it almost came right back up. Maybe my palate is sensitive, but I can’t imagine how consumers can get past the salt.
I don’t like to give a negative review when it could just be MY tastebuds. Other reviewers seem to love it. Meanwhile, I’m still searching for the perfect electrolyte formula for me: NO artificial anything, NO stevia, and GREAT TASTE.
On the bright side, customer service was fantastic and immediately started a refund.

I need electrolytes because I was diagnosed with POTS after a recent COVID infection, and they help keep me vertical. So far I need about 4-5 grams of sodium in 2L of water to be functional, and I prefer electrolytes that are sugar free, so these fit the bill! They do taste a little saltier than some of the other brands I’ve used, and the flavor is a bit more sour than some other brands, too, but I happen to like that!

I hate sweet things, and I hate the way stevia tastes. I love this stuff. I’ve been trying to find a replacement for the tart Voost Fruit Punch Hydrate tabs since they stopped selling them and this is it. I’ve tried so many electrolytes since then and liked none of them. This is definitely more sour but it’s what I like. It’s almost like the Himalayan pink salt and lemon electrolyte mix I make. Salty and tart. At full scoop it may be a little much for some, but I dial back the scoop depending on my activity level at the time or taste preference. If you dislike the real sweet mixes and like a more salty tartness, give this a shot. I got the mango and I’ll get it again.

I like this product, I think it’s got a decent taste, when you follow the directions of the amount to use it’s not too salty considering the first ingredient is salt.
It helps me through my intermittent fasting day and keeps me hydrated, I was doing fine all day at work and was still able to do a one mile walk with my dog.
I also like the reasonable price… I think overall it’s worth the money.

I should have checked the sodium….BP is 161/92. I’ve never had BP problems. This is so scary. I checked…there are other powders with sodium as low as 2% of recommended daily amounts…not 45%!!! Read the label!

I read the other reviews where they said it was salty. I kept that in mind, put one scoop into the 16-17 oz of water and mixed well. WOWZA! It was like sea water! However, I learned from my mistake. It does say from 16-32oz for the mixture. I found i like mine about half a scoop for 20ish oz of water. It tastes almost like Gatorade. I find it refreshing and it’s a great alternative to soda! I’ve been weaning myself off soda.
