This is a nice combination of amino L-Arginine L-Ornithine L-Lysine. And it is a decent effective potency of each of them, 1,400 mg of L-Arginine, 1,200 mg of L-Lysine and 900 mg of L-Ornithine per serving. This in your work out will help with your biological functions to process proteins and fat for energy and to help build and maintain muscle mass. I also like that this is free of the following not included in this product, Gluten, Wheat, Milk, Lactose, Soy, Artificial Flavor, Preservatives. Plus I think it is a good value at $0.10 per Count for what it gives back to you in health benefits.

These aminos serve a lot of different purposes, but the combination of them may boost growth hormone to some degree:
“Specific amino acids, such as arginine, lysine and ornithine, can stimulate growth hormone (GH) release when infused intravenously or administered orally.”
– 2002 NIH PubMed #12093449
So that could be true if you have an insufficiency of those aminos to generate GH, which is possible (but unlikely) with a good diet. It’s possible that there will be e benefit but not one you can feel or measure.
I think this product is for experimentation, or for cases when you need to do everything that could possibly help a particular health condition. However, none of the recent research that I’m aware of has even studied this as a therapy or sports supplement.
I do think that Carlyle is a good brand, I’ve some experience with them from previous products and from having researched the company. They have a large (and interesting) product portfolio and enough public records to find them credible as a supplement company.

Tri-Amino Complex – When I noticed this product contained L-Arginine, L-Lysine and L-Ornithine all in one capsule, I decided to order it and give it a try. I had been reading about these amino acids and their numerous benefits including blood pressure help, tissue repair, muscle improvement and many others (google it for more info).
This product has good quality control info. It is made in the USA. I always like to know where my dietary supplements come from. Some countries don’t enforce purity and sanitation regulations very well. This product is also made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) certified facility. You can be reasonably sure it is pure, sanitary and has the ingredients promised on the label. It would be the gold star if it was also checked for purity and potency by a third party lab. I mark it down slightly and give it 4 stars.

These 3 amino acids are a must in my daily supplement intake. I take them (1 capsule) first thing in the morning to kickstart protein synthesis, with plenty of water to aid absorption and prevent dehydration.
It is packaged and lab tested in the US, non-GMO and GMP certified.
This supplement combines three powerful amino acids: arginine hydrochloride, lysine hydrochloride, and ornithine hydrochloride. Each of these amino acids plays a unique role in supporting overall health, particularly in enhancing muscle growth, recovery, and boosting the immune system.
Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid that helps produce nitric oxide, a compound that relaxes blood vessels and improves circulation. This can enhance athletic performance and support cardiovascular health. It improves blood flow, better exercise performance, and has potential benefits for those with high blood pressure and erectile dysfunction.
Lysine is another essential amino acid that the body cannot produce on its own. It is crucial for protein synthesis, hormone production, and calcium absorption. It supports immune function, promotes collagen production for healthy skin and bones, and may help reduce anxiety.
Ornithine is involved in the urea cycle, helping to detoxify ammonia in the body. It also plays a role in increasing levels of arginine and growth hormone. It helps with enhanced muscle recovery, improved athletic performance, and potential anti-fatigue effects.

Decent supplement. My wife and I noticed a minor increase in our energy. It suits our dietary needs as we are vegetarian and glutenfree, but not particularly outstanding I’ve mentioned these caplets to a few people but I’m not certain it will become a constant part of my daily routine.

I ordered this because amino acids can have a lot of benefits.
Carlyle provides good ingredient information, it is made in the USA, the website is easy to find and navigate. You are able to contact the company with questions and Carlyle has a long-term good reputation, but the ingredients are not always sourced in the USA and no information is given on how often it is sourced from Canada or Mexico.
This product is also made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) certified facility so you can be reasonably sure if the quality and purity. The biggest negative is no third-party testing and that takes two stars off the field. As I get older, it’s harder for my body to make amino acids so the 3 ingredients made this an interesting buy. No artificial flavor, sweetener, or preservatives. No odor, no taste, all to the good.
Another big negative is the 22-day supply that would put it out of sync for replacement with the majority of supplements coming in a 30, 60. Or 90-day supply.
Make it a 30 day supply, put in verifiable 3rd party testing and you would have a 5 star rating.

I’ve been taking these capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m hopeful that I’ll see some positive results. They have many claimed benefits, and so far I haven’t experienced any negative reactions.
