It is easy to take daily. Does not have a flavor. Currently experiencing very low levels of iodine so dr. prescribed Bladderwhack to increase iodine levels.

So I bought this because I read that bladderwrack helps with joints. As well as thyroid issues. What I would say is that I’m ordering this again, and I’m giving it a lot of stars because I can always come back and change that but I did feel a difference. In my knees and they felt a bit better. I don’t know if that was because I was also taking sea moss and burdock root. But I will order this again.

I first found this product along Burdock at the local health food store and has been using it since. My last purchase was right here on Amazon. I like that the product is organic, with no fillers and the capsules are not too big. I have no problem swallowing them, and I take them every day. I started off taking two capsules per day but with all the other Dr. Sebi recommended herbs, I some times take just one. I even like the packaging, it is very wholesome looking and draws one to the product. It has caused me no harm and I feel very safe taking these products. Received excellent overall blood work results over a week ago. I will continue to purchase these products.

I took this just as a general supplement because I don’t get enough greens. (I was pre diabetic, numbers as high as 180 one hour after meals, 140 after two hours if I don’t watch what I eat or take other glucose lowering herbs).
On the first day I took it, I had forgotten to take my herbs for blood glucose. So I was shocked to see normal numbers. Checked again after second meal of the day, still normal. Well it’s been over a week, & I’ve been eating without counting carbs, but normal portions. And I am still seeing normal numbers, without other herbs.
Apparently these minerals are feeding my body what it needs to work properly. I am in awe. My last A1C was 5.9. I’m anxious to see the next one. I’ll update whenever I go back!!
Update 12/14/19: So as I mentioned before, this was helping my blood sugar. Well it’s been a while now, no metformin, no bitter melon (helps with glucose lowering) & my numbers are still normal! I’m so glad I started taking this this is life changing for me. I’m so grateful!

THIS HAD REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THAT I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM, THE URGENT NEED TO GO TO THE RESTROOM HAS CEASED ALONG WITH THE FREQUENCY. ONLY GAVE 4 STARS BECAUSE I HAVE ONLY USED IF FOR LESS THAN ONE MONTH. ALMOST IMMEDIATE POSITIVE RESULTS. WILL PURCHASE AGAIN. HAVE USED OTHER BLADDER PRODUCTS BUT RESULTS WERE NOT AS GOOD OR AS IMMEDIATE
