These are great, small, easy to swallow, no flavor. There is a lemon thing inside to absorb moisture instead of a packet. It really is nice. There is not the typical vitamin smell. I am sensitive to smells. I think the lemon thing really is smart. Thanks.

I absolutely love this product! It arrived in a timely manner, the packaging was very well made and just feels like so much thought and care went into it! I’ve had 2 miscarriages, one being a 2nd trimester miscarriage at 18 weeks, I’m trying absolutely everything I can to make sure I’m using the healthiest products I can. The tea taste amazing! The lozenges are great too! I’m leery about what I put in my body because I always have some short of side effects, even with vitamins but not this one! I was taking them at night but found I was getting energy from them so I switched to the morning and it’s much better! Natural good energy I may add. I can’t wait to see if I’m pregnant soon, and even more excited to try the rest of the products! Lastly, the fact that EVERY item is prayed for before leaving gives me so much comfort and is the cherry on top of a already great product. You will not be disappointed!

So happy I found this product! I wanted folate since it’s more natural than folic acid, and I love the message behind this company. Prior, I was taking a folic acid pill for a while because it was pretty cheap and my doctor said it was an important vitamin for pregnancy, but then I wondered, why is this folic acid product so cheap? It’s because it’s synthetic, personally not ideal for me in my quest to get pregnant. These folate pills are a much better and more natural option in my opinion! They are very easy to swallow and have a pleasant smell. I’ll update my review if I get pregnant or have any negative effects. But so far I am feeling good and feeling hopeful!

There are different forms of folate, and the natural form, methyl folate, is the better, more bio-available kind. I took this during as well as after my pregnancy to ensure I maintained good folate levels.

I am on my 5th or 6th bottle of the folate! LOVE LOVE LOVE. As I am currently pregnant with twins, I take this along with the total prenatal for extra folate to our second baby! This is the best folate supplement I’ve ever tried. Folic acid and folate are different, so keep that in mind when trying to find a supplement for folate. Even if you’re not trying to get pregnant/etc. this supplement is good if you don’t get a lot of leafy greens in your diet. 10/10 keep this in my supplement rotation!
