I’ve tried many of these nootropic and energy-type supplements over the past couple of years. I’ve had good and almost immediate reactions from some. So I no longer wait several days or a week for some positive effect. If I don’t feel it within an hour or so, then I’m done with it.
Fortunately, I’ve been getting a nice boost in mental focus when I take just 1 of these “PPO Lab BioAssist Brain Fx, Non-GMO Nootropic” capsules. The Serving Size is 2, but I always start with 1 to make sure I don’t have any negative reactions. And I haven’t experienced anything negative with these.
It’s been 20 years since I wrote my last book and I recently decided to get back to it. Just 1 Brain-fx for each of the past 3 days has helped me concentrate first on the book’s structure and I’ve almost finished writing it. Some marketing material even came to me and I wrote most of it down too.
So I’m pleased with the results I’ve experienced with Brain-fx so far. The current Amazon retail price of $39.95 per 30-day bottle is a little on the high side for me. But the Serving Size of 2 capsules is overkill on some of these, IMO.
For example, 25,000% of Vitamin B-12? I think I’ll be OK with just 12,500% by taking 1 capsule. As I said, just 1 capsule works for me. As long as that continues, the $39.95 every 2 months instead of monthly is much more budget-friendly.

I have a hard time judging this. I’m not sure how much of a boost I got. I will say that I didn’t seem to have a bad, poorly focused day when taking them. But I can’t say I always felt locked-in, ready to go mentally, either. I do think it helped with overall circulation, which was not a claim by the product. I didn’t feel tired doing some repetitive, sorta mundane tasks on the computer for work. I would rate that as a plus. It didn’t notice any uptick in more creative, idea generating, brainstorming activities. I’m not sure the claim of boosting cognitive performance relates to that but in that regard, I’d say it came up short. It’s not that I didn’t have any creative thoughts but it was the same level of randomness, ebbs and flows, as I was accustom to prior to taking the supplement. I would continue taking it but not on a daily basis but more likely when I knew longer, detail attention duties lie ahead.

Excellent supplement! Very good, clean and balanced ingredients. I have noticed mental clarity and see my husband isn’t as tired as usual. I purchase all three blends and feel like I mind, body and soul covered.

These were easy to swallow. Didn’t really have a flavor and I swallowed them dry.
I feel sharp and ready to work (later afternoon). It’s difficult to know how much of that I can attribute to the supplement. But that is how I feel. Normally, I’d be ready to be done for the day. That’s good enough to bring them to work and see if they keep chasing away the afternoon lull.

60 capsules provided with this supplement. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Key ingredients to assist with clarity over the course of the day. Being 60 this essential to me. I will continue to take this supplement since I’ve noticed a difference in that arena.

Triple Option –
As I get older I look for supplements and/or nootropics that will help my brain stay as sharp as possible. I’ve taken many of the ingredients in this blend separately, but thought it would be easier to take them in a blend. I’m so glad I ordered this! Like the headline of this review says, I felt the benefits after taking it the first time!
I felt sharper and it felt like my brain and mouth were actually working together. The words and ideas flowed out easier than before I took it. I know that Alpha GPC and Lions Mane have been helpful to me in the past, but the addition of the other vitamins and enzymes help out for sure! On top of it helping me out, I like that it’s clean certified and is made in a GMP certified facility. Like others pointed out, you might not want to take it too late in the day as the Coffee Fruit Complex could help keep you up.

The stress of this past year has been so high my husband’s usual brain supplement seems to need increasing. I got him this to dovetail with it.

There capsules are average in size and notmhard to swallow.
DIGESTION
He has had no issues with digestion taking these.
DO THEY HELP?
Brain Force (infowarsstore) has worked miracles for my husband. It unjumbles his thoughts and he does not get angry anything like he did without it. He does well with only 1 pill of that. When adding one pill of these, I have seen a sharpening of his thoughts and a little calmer demeanor. It seems to be counteracting the stress.
THE BOTTOM LINE
This has helped my husband cope with extra intense stress this year.
MY RATING
FIVE STARS. This is a similar price to Brain Force when not on sale. The larger amount is similar in price to BF when it is on sale. I am willing to keep a bottle of this on hand for high stress periods like now.
