Leading with the negatives, these do not taste great and you have to take quite a lot of them. It recommends 4 pills 2x per day for 14 days then do 2 pills 2x per day. Fortunately they are relatively small and I can take the 4 pill dose in one go.
However, I just reordered these as they do work for me! I’ve had recurrent UTIs for over a year. I’ve had all sorts of tests done to figure out why the sudden onset (I get them about every 60 days but did not used to). Anyway, doctors were stumped. I am already immune to some antibiotics because of all this and doctors have not been able to come up with any other treatment plan besides MORE antibiotics! I did a bunch of research and found out that having a UTI or UTIs can really take a toll on your bladder! A month ago, I could not hold my pee for more than 2-3 hours and felt sharp spasms of discomfort several times per day. These aloe pills have already helped significantly diminish these symptoms!!! After so much pain and confusion, I just want to share my story in case it helps someone else! I am taking D Mannose and Lactoferrum as well since help with preventing infection. The aloe just helps damage already done but could be considered preventative I guess since having an inflamed bladder can make you more susceptible to infection. So healing that helps!

Small and easy to swallow but the amount per serving is pricey compared to other companies. I do like that this product doesn’t have any fillers.

I took it for diverticulitis and it has kept my symptoms at bay, mad me more regular, and I am going to continue it for several months. I will write and let you know then how I feel, but right now it is definately helping me!
Update, this really DOES help me! If I take 3-4 in the morning when I eat a soft granola bar or yogurt, it starts to work right away. I take four more capsules at night also. It helps my BM’s and stops the terrific cramping pain I was having even all day long, I was so miserable before I started taking this product. It has the highest content of the aloe vera powder of any other aloe vera capsule online. It is a little expensive, but I would pay a hundred bucks a month to stop the kind of pain I was having, and this evidently has stopped it. I have been taking it over a month now,and I would recommend this to anyone with IBS or diverticulitous like I have. I know my condition is not cured yet because if I forget a days worth, I have pain, and if I go off it for two days, I have a really painful day long bout, so I am hoping if i take it for 6 months, it will cure my divertic problems. I also am going to add pysillium my friend told me he cured himself of my problem of the divertic. in 6 months by taking both things. But, I really think aloe vera is a great product, and this product seems to help a lot.

I ordered this item without reading the Return Policy because I never thought I would need to return it.
After telling my Gastro doctor I had ordered it for my Interstitial Cystitis I was FIRMLY told NOT to take even one because Aloe Vera Leaf taken orally can cause renal failure with just a small amount and it also stains the inside of your colon which makes a colonoscopy very hard to read. He also said that for me, personally, they would be a disaster of my gastrointestinal system due to severe cramping.
I never even opened the bottle or took it out of its plastic bag it came in.
There was no way to contact the seller to explain that I ordered by mistake and never opened the product, so I’m out $25.
But like I said, it plainly states No Refunds and I understand why that has to be
But please!! Talk to your PC Doctor before taking this!! I heard many people say it helped them. But it’s not a risk I am willing to take.
But all is not lost! My doctor did tell me if they are gel capsules then I can stick a pin in them and the aloe is great for mosquitoe bites and burns!
But again, this is just my experience as told to me by my own doctor and NOT a reflection on this seller all!

I am nothing short of amazed.
I have Lyme disease. Suffered for 11 years now. I used to be on a different brand of aloe and it worked great, but I went off of it because it was just too expensive. Some symptoms returned, but I totally forgot that the aloe had helped me.
Recently I have been having serious pain in my foot from a possible bunion – bottom of my big toe hurt like hell and couldn’t walk for 2 weeks without a major limp. Swollen, too, on the bottom.
I have been suffering from serious hair shedding and hair loss as well. I have Thyroid issues and was on Armour Thyroid. Having hot flashes like crazy and think it’s from the meds.
I also have GERD and Gluten Intolerance. I have heartburn from almost any food I eat. Went on Prilosec for months and it worked, but I don’t like taking medication and I don’t want other “issues” from the meds to crop up so I weaned off.
HORRIBLE heartburn, every day.
I tried this Aloe as a last ditch effort. I figured maybe it would help with my stomach and foot pain.
I was right! I felt relief from the heartburn by the 2nd dose of 4. It is my 3rd day and my stomach feels like it’s new again!
NO Heartburn. Foot pain nearly gone. I am walking with NO limp. Swelling gone. Hair shedding is slightly less as well. I did read that aloe can also help hair loss if it’s caused by immune system issues and I think mine is.
I am extremely happy so far and will update this as time passes and more benefits are seen!
