I usually drink the Rae’s Roots tea and while it works, it only lasts for a little bit. These supplements last ALL DAY! There is no flavor, they are easy to swallow, and they do not give me any side effects. My pump supply was only 1-2 oz at best, before these. Now I’m getting 4-6 per session. And normally my milk was more of a blue-ish hue because it was watery, but now its thick white! Honestly, I haven’t taken them in 2 days and my milk is still flourishing. If you are like me and your supply is low, you have a baby that’s fussy and cranky because they want more, and you rarely have time to pump to get more milk production, this stuff is awesome. My baby was getting just barely enough milk each feeding, and now she almost barely makes it through both sides. Take once a day with breakfast. Thank me later!

This helps my milk production so much more. Before i take this i was worried that my milk production was less and as much i hate pumping because it gives me sore nipple, i had to do it because i wanted to trigger my milk production. But taking this helps me a lot and i no longer need to pump to trigger my milk production now. I also don’t like pumping as it hurts( maybe i was doing it wrong?).
Update: something was not right! For straight two days my baby was very fuzzy, very uncomfortable, always screaming like something is painful, always stretching his tummy and it bothers me a lot as he never was like that. And for few days i skipped taking the supplement ( i forgot ) and baby stopped being fuzzy as well. One day i took the supplement again at night before i went to bed and at around 3am Holy God my baby started being fuzzy and very uncomfortable again. I kept thinking what could be the reason why he acts like this lately, then i remember that some of the comments here says the same about their babies reaction while they were taking this. Sad to say my baby is the same. As much as this product helps me with my milk production, i can’t bear to watch my baby being fuzzy and uncomfortable and in pain. I hate to stop using this but then again i hate the effect of it to my baby. To mother’s out there who would want to use this product, be very observant as this could possibly happen to your babies as well though every babies reacts differently also.

I’m one of the moms that relies on formula to keep my baby full as my milk supply has always been less than what baby requires. This formula situation has me looking for ways to stretch formula for baby so I looked to find ways to increase my milk supply. These took a few days to kick in, but after 3 days I’ve noticed an increase of 3.5oz. It may not seem like much, but with time I believe I’ll be producing more. Best of luck to moms out there. Only con to these is the fenugreek which makes me a bit gassy. Nothing terrible though.

I bought this for my fiancée to help her with her milk supply. She used to take these a couple months back and she mentioned that they worked great and had an increase in her milk supply. When she ran out of the supplements, we tried ordering another bottle online but they were all sold out. To replace these supplements, she tried mommy knows best goats rue and the lactation support supplements. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for her. She didn’t notice any difference at all. If anything, it decreased her milk supply to 1-2oz every session. Not to mention, the smell and taste of the goats rue was terrible. It’s also an annoyance having to take it 4x a day with only 1-2oz of water and you can’t drink 15 min before or after taking the supplements for maximal potency.
She’s just happy these supplements are back in stock. Hopefully, her milk supply will be back to normal. We’re crossing our fingers.

I saw a difference in my breastmilk within 3 hours after taking 2 capsules!!!
Did not expect such quick results but the next feeding I pumped the opposite breast and got double what I normally pump! And I struggle to get much out of my pumps, half ounce usually, or less. I easily pumped an ounce in about 10mins. Whoa!!! Can only hope that the effectiveness increases and I can pump a whole bottle!
My little one (2nd babe) isn’t even 2 weeks old and would run out the boob and be fussy for more and my supply would exhaust before my babe was satisfied. Wouldn’t stay down for naps, constantly on boob. After that first successful feeding and pump, the baby slept well and didn’t fuss for “more more more”. I’m finally able to get a break, eat, rest, get stuff done, take care/pay more attention to my first born. Such a relief!
Checked up on baby’s soft spot on the head and continued to be hydrated well after feedings. I’m super happy! These pills are definitely worth it!
I had to half supplement w homemade formula alongside w bf with my first and am really trying my best to do breast only with this baby. I feel confident now that I’ll be okay and really wished I tried these the first time around!
