I don’t normally write reviews.. however.. I have been using Optimized Minerals for awhile now and it has changed my life for the best. This arrived about 6 weeks after I ordered it. It arrived as a brick, not as a powder. It looks like it’s experienced about a thousand temperature changes and I don’t feel safe consuming this. Not eligible for return. I regret buying this.

I am very happy overall. I shake a serving up every morning at 3 am before I leave for work. It has actually replaced my coffee routine & makes me feel full until my break at work around 8. I have noticed more energy. I believe my body was missing these minerals! Definitely recommend

I’m very happy with this purchase. I definitely feel good about taking it and seem to have a boost in energy in the afternoon. I’m just less worn down and mentally fogged than when I don’t take it. Also I was worried about the taste after seeing some of these other reviews but it tastes really good honestly

What I like about this product is that the quality is excellent . You know that it is flavored with real fruit by the taste. It really has simplified my morning routine, I was taking several vitamins/supplements . I can definitely tell that it is working because you can tell if you miss a day. No side effects at all other than feeling amazing . Smells amazing tastes great too . The value for the money is unmatched . They really outdid themselves with this product !

I really liked this product! I felt I had more energy and clarity. Only downside is, per my neurologist, the amount of B6 (synthetic) is too high. She said elevated levels of B6 over time contribute to nerve issues such as neuropathy. She assumed this product was contributing to my elevated nerve issues and headaches. We don’t know for sure, but I would love if the product manufacturer would look into lowering that B6 level. Overall good product though!

However, I really enjoy the content and teaching style of the owner, so I decided to give this supplement a try. I’ve been using it for a week, and at first, I wasn’t sure if I was feeling any effects. I recently started a strenuous manual labor job and began taking the supplement in the mornings before work. One day, I missed my dose because I woke up late, and I felt completely drained and exhausted at work. I was tired and in a low mood, but I initially blamed it on poor sleep. The next day, I had a great day and started to reflect on what I did differently. It dawned on me that the only difference was that I had taken the supplement that morning. It became clear to me that I hadn’t noticed its benefits until I went without it
Other than that it taste pretty good for what it is . It taste like orange juice and it looks like a high quality supplement . It’s very fine and has a crystal look to it . Most supplements just look powdery from all the fillers and sweeteners.
