They melt well and the taste isn’t bad at all. It didn’t cause nausea like the other vitamins I took. The smell isn’t bad either.

I’ve never had a pill so oddly shaped, it was really hard to swallow. The vanilla flavor was fine but I switched to a more normal capsule/shape that’s the same size and it’s been much easier. I tried Bari Life multivitamin powder, mv chews, calcium chews, mv pill, probiotic, and hair/nails and I’ve had to switch off all. The flavors were all awful, the pill was awkward and uncomfortable to swallow, and the probiotics and hair/nails products were ineffective. Avoid Bari Life products

I honestly don’t know why these vitamins are so big and they are supposed to be for bariatric patients. I don’t know about you, but I can’t swallow a lot of water at one time. And to get this pill down, you have to take a big gulp and then another one. Not to mention, it turns my urine bright yellow. Not really sure why? That’s not really an issue but just the size is. I really wanted to like this because it’s cheap but I think I’ll go back to the chewable ones or find something else.

This is a great all in one vitamin with iron, but it is a huge pill. I had to cut mine in half to get it down. Also WARNING for all of those sensitive to harsh smells or tastes. It doesn’t taste good they tried to put some vanilla flavoring but I think it made it worse and the smell sticks to everything. Otherwise it’s great it doesn’t make me nauseous after taking it so that’s a plus

Finally, a Bariatric vitamin I can take that doesn’t make me nauseous! I had VSG in 2014 so I’m almost 10 yrs post op and have never found one that doesn’t make me wanna yak (iykyk). Some of the chewable ones use to work for me but as I’m getting older they have been making me ill too. Also, they taste pretty gross! This pill is coated with some sort of vanilla coating that is magical. It’s a little thick for a pill but it’s not long, I have no issue swallowing it. Some have mentioned that it’s “huge” it’s not that bad, like I said it’s thicker not longer so no issue with that. I don’t know if it’s the coating they use or what but I’m so happy that I can finally just swallow a one and done multi-vitamin after all these years. Thank you!

Many of the reviews I have seen have mentioned that the pill is huge. Maybe they are not used to taking multivitamins, because this pill is standard size for one; and the coating makes it easy to swallow.
I really like the vanilla smell and taste. It takes away the strong vitamin scent. There is no aftertaste, and it’s easy on my stomach. I don’t experience nausea or cramping with this one, and I take it on an empty stomach with water. As far as energy levels, I didn’t have low energy, so I don’t feel any difference in that area.
Overall, I believe it’s a great product that I will most likely continue to use.

I’m a bariatric patient and wanted a vitamin that I can take once a day. These are awesome. They taste and smell like vanilla. Very good for an affordable price. I had my blood levels checked and these vitamins did not disappoint. I have stable energy level and they are very effective.
